I. Just loved it
Day 1: Completed. Made me sweat a lot. Not too difficult but feeling good! Day 2: Missed it. Got a bit lazy. Day 3: Completed. Regretted missing 1 day. But I dont intend to miss again!

@@doga- I also do squats 100 reps, donkey kicks 100 reps, kick lunges, 50 reps and hip bridge 50 reps. I cut off sweets and I do OMAD (One meal a day)

I don't have much energy to exercise today but this workout is easy to follow and easy on my body. I sweated a lot, my heart's beating fast but I'm not out of breath. This is a good exercise for days I don't feel like moving but needed to be consistent with my workout routine. Thanks 😘

Hello Mizi,i have hypertention and diabetic too..i think this is the exercise i need...im 50 yrs old by the way...been following your vedios.. recently my cardiologist adviced mi to stop my exercise routine for 1 month but ill be back to it by d end of the month so excited to try your new steps...😘thank you

This workout is great and easy enough to follow and do on a consistent basis. I have a back injury and belly fat to get rid of so getting through this made me happy since I'm limited in what I can do. thank you.
Guys tomorrow is gonna be my first day of this exercise I'm 13 yr 155 cm and 59 kg 😢 i loss a lot of weight with intense diet but the moment when i started to eat sugar again and got puberty at the same time i was like a balloon i was 50 kg and now I'm like 58-59 i need it to make it up to at least 50 but my aim is to strike 43 kg which was my weight at 2021.... bless me guys gonna start it from tmrw ❤️

I hope you’re still working at it! I went through the same thing at your age, and I managed to lose 40 lbs back then. I felt like a million bucks after that! Unfortunately, I gained the weight back after I became ill from an autoimmune disease, so I’m getting into exercise again, now that my rheumatologist has my illness under control. Don’t ever give up on yourself. You’ll get there if you just keep moving your body!

Challenging myself to do an hour of your combined workouts and eating healthier without carbs, sugar, soda, and junk food for a month. Love your videos! So beginner friendly and easy to follow. Well designed moves, not confusing at all. Since I started using your workouts 26 days ago, I've lost 10 pounds already, along with diet control.
I genuinely wasn’t expecting to move my body so thoroughly after the first few moves but I’m sweating by the end of this one!! Such a great flow when your feeling SUPER low energy but still want to maintain your regimen 🙌🏾

I just tried this for the first time, and need to be easy on my lower back due to some lower back pain. It was great! No pain, and it works all the main muscle groups I need to strengthen, especially in the core. And I love that the moves change throughout the workout. Thank you! 😁

I am so out of shape.... I felt like I was going to fall down right at the end and was saved by the "workout finished". I'm trying to get more active lately and this workout was a heart rate raiser for sure.

MY GOODNESS THIS WORKOUT WAS EXCELLENT. Simple enough to do and not give up 10 minutes in but will make you sweat and tighten up. I’m blown away and cannot believe it took me this long to discover this workout. Brilliant.

@@jankipatel9917 You have to be in a deficit to lose weight. You won't lose weight without being in a deficit. You need to burn more calories than you eat. Your body requires a certain amount of calories so find that out by using a maintenance calorie calculator on the internet. If you eat your maintenance calorie number then you will stay the same weight, however if you eat your maintenance calories and workout you will lose weight (you can also eat less than your maintenance calories but you should never go under 1200 calories because your body will go into starvation mode and try to keep fat).

Great workout, thanks for posting. I'm a beginner, male, and 62, so at first it felt awkward and clumsy. For anyone new, click on settings (the sprocket) and slow the speed to 0.75 to get familiar with some routines and adjust back to normal with ones that are comfortable. Also, I do 15 minutes, pause for 10, then resume. I hope this helps.
