I’ve been doing this exercise for almost 6 days now and I can see that my hip dips/live handles are getting thinner and thinner, not very fast but it’s changing I can’t denying it, at first it was difficult for me because I’ve never done this kind of exercise before but days after days I was getting used to it and now it’s quite ok, I’ll keep going !

Hi! I been doing this exercise for past 3 days and i already see improvement, sometimes i dont finish it at all because i was lazy but believe me or not it really works on me! I'm only 13 yrs old when i start working out but i got lazy at the middle and now i'm still trying. Thankyou very much to instructor because you creat a content that is eco friendly.

yall this workout works SO good. I used to be really lazy and not confident, but i started getting healthier and pushing myself. i recently started this workout about a month ago, and im down from a 32" waist to a 28!! HAVE FUN OUT THERE BABES

Doing this for until i'm down to my 1st gw age:18 weight:116kg (yes bad ik) height 172cm Day1 : pretty good! Day2-5 i had graduation had a lot of people over so i could never find the time to do this but i'm back and changing my goal of this! Day 6: nice burn honestly !

この方の動画はほんとにどれも痩せると思ってるので今回も新しく挑戦してみます!
ゆっくり自分のペースで始めて一ヶ月経ちましたが、背中がほんとに痩せました😭😭😭😭😭😭背中の変化が個人的に凄かったです!!お腹もぺったんこまではまだまだだけど、痩せてきました!😭ほんとにこれ良いです皆さんしてください。あとこの方の二の腕痩せの動画も何ヶ月間か続けてたことあるんですけど、それもほんまに二の腕痩せます。やってみてください!!!
ほんの少しやっただけでもかなり汗が出てきました!! 他のストレッチもやっていますが、頑張って続けます!

痩せましたか?
毎回必ず筋肉痛になるので3日に1回ほどでやっています!少しくびれ出てきました、無理のないペースで続けます。
ゆうかさん 8月末からこちらの動画と立つバージョンとヒップのトレーニングと計20分程度のトレーニングを毎朝するようにしてから、腰回りが急に細くなりました!体に負担が少ないので、毎日続けられています。引き続き続けて維持できるように頑張ります!素晴らしい動画をありがとうございます!
週2~3回くらいで多分半年くらい続けてます! 始めた頃に感じていた骨盤の左右差が気にならなくなりました😊❤ 腰肉が落ちたのも嬉しいですが、改善されると思ってなかった所が改善されてより嬉しいです!! ありがとうございます!!🥰
一週間ほど続けたら腰回りが少しすっきりしました!ジーンズを履いた時にお腹が薄くなったように見えました🙌🏻これからも続けてみようと思います!!

@@Adriana-hk8fi Yup! I have really bulky side stomach and I noticed that slowly the bulge is going away. I also do it with exercise that focuses on my bra bulge back fat and flat stomach workout, you can search that too on youtube. The flat stomach is kinda hard to achieve tho.

@@paolashax868 Somehow I'm quite satisfied with the results. From rounded stomach it went smaller, from very bulky sides it gave me curves. I also incorparated this with protein rich food diet (I am not taking any type of carbs except from fruits and veggies which I only eat once a day) and fasting

これほんとにいいと思います!! きのうの夜やって今日の朝体を見てみたら少しだけどシュッとしてる気がして体重を測ってみたら1.2キロも減ってました!!!🎉ほんとにびっくりです。このストレッチは全然きつくないしヨガのような感覚でできるのでほんとにおすすめです!ちなみに食事制限してません!!これからもみんなで綺麗になって行きましょう!!! 努力はきっと報われる!

I love all your exercises because I do them at the comfort of my bedroom. It is my first day trying this one and I can proudly say I finished it.

I did this exercise for 1 week.I got a waist line thanks to these exercises.I feel that I am flexible and at the end of the week it was easy for me to complete the exercise.The most interesting thing is that I had a dress in which my back did not fit!I bought this dress for my photo shoot,weeks later I put on this dress back fit very well thank you very much!😭💘

Of all yt video I had encountered, yours is the one that doesn't stress me out. I actually enjoyed it despite the fact that I'm not really keen on moving my muscles this way.

how many days to do this?
Started this work out a week ago. I was doing it twice and I can see a difference......I lost 0.5 inches and I'll be doing it for the next 3 weeks to see the difference that I'll achieve UPDATE: I've been doing this workout twice in the morning and twice in the evening and am really proud of myself Am seeing a very big difference around my waist and my back fat is almost gone Two more weeks of doing this I'll be updating y'all after a week Good luck to y'all Remember that you're beautiful ❤️ Final update: I've lost a total of 1.5 inches around the waist and am so proud of myself if anyone wants to try it I would highly recommend

運動をするときはウォーミングアップもせずに行い、普段あまり運動をしないので効果は抜群で運動は良かったのですが、終わった後体が痛くなったので、運動するのをやめました。痛みは治まってきましたが、運動前に準備運動をしなかったので痛くなっているのではないかと思いました...なので、しっかりと準備運動をしてから行いたいと思います。これらの運動は本当に素晴らしいので、これらの運動の前に
腰が全然動かず安定してるのが凄い‼️私にはまだ無理ですが少しずつがんばります😅

Some exercises I couldn’t do too well because I have terrible balance but omg I definitely felt the burn. I’ll do this everyday and see the results after a week. Also love that there’s no side plank workouts like everyone else’s videos have

doing this for a week !! ( i also do two different exercises ) day 1:✅no difference, pretty easy day 2:✅easy, felt a little sore in the morning day 3:✅no difference tbh
今まで反り腰ストレッチ色々してもあまり効果実感しずらかったのですが、こちらは2回やるだけでかなり改善が見られます。 鏡を見た時に頑張ってもお尻を引っこめられなかったのが、ただストレッチ後鏡を見ようと立つと真っ直ぐで衝撃です。 すぐ戻ってしまうと思うのでしばらく続けて猫背も治るように頑張ります。

Si te los súper recomiendo, los resultados van dependiendo de la persona, la constancia y si hay algún tipo de dieta, en mi caso yo realizaba los ejercicios que son para los brazos y cara, ya a la segunda semana empece a ver resultados (sin ningún tipo de dieta) y con los que son para el abdomen en la cuarta semana.

@@f.g.o8343 Hola..te sugiero dos opciones. 1) puedes repetirlo dos veces o 2) puedes hacer esa rutina y combinarla con otros ejercicios de su canal.. Yuuka nos ha compartido muchas rutinas tu decides cuál te llama la atención.. Disfruta tu rutina y no te enfoques en ver resultados pronto.. los cambios llegarán a su debido tiempo si eres constante 🙂.. ánimo y saludos 🌺

I've been doing this workout for 30 days consistently and I'm super proud of myself cause now my waist looks super snatched and toned :) The results set in by one and half a week but I wanted to do it for 30 days just cause :) This workout really helped me! I even lost 2-3 cm from my waist!! But this workout might not be for you if you're looking to lose weight but I personally overall loved it cause it madr my stomach really toned and now I feel super confident :) Thank you Yukka

Всем русским привет Я начала 3 дня назад Делала каждое утро, только первые 2 дня мне было тяжело и поэтому я делала только половину, но не смотря на это есть отличный результат С талии (-3см) с низа живота (-5см) Сегодня я сделала 2 раза (утром натощак и вечером) при этом я ела мало, но часто, после 6 вообще не ем Уже 6 дней (- 6, 5 см)

Спасибо за результат,но в моей случае я по какой-то причине не чувствую тяжесть при выполнении задания.Это значит что я делаю что-то не так или просто нагрузка не такая большая?

@@asyabeschastny8601 чтобы добиться хорошего результата,нужно добавить ещё одну тренировку в свой комплекс + нужно исключить мучное и сладкое (утром можно есть в небольших порциях)

• Day 1: I completed it and did it twice a day , I have to finish training within 10 days for Eid :). • Day 2: I completed it twice this day too! In fact, on the first day, my waist size was 88 cm, and on the second day, it became 86 cm! (For your information, I follow a diet and also walk for 40 minutes in a day :)

Commenting to remind myself! Doing this every day. Day 1 ✅- First time doing this. Not too hard, got through it. Day 2 ✅- Woke up with a good soreness! A bit harder on my arms, but still did it. Day 3 - Day 4 - Day 6 - Day 7 - Notes: In a slight deficit (no snacking + more water.) Walking every day for 30 min - 1 hr

Doing this everyday, except for Saturday and Sunday Day 1✅ felt the burn on my back starting strong and hard workout for me Day2✅ felt the burn on my back again, getting easier Day3✅ didnt feel as much burn on my back, progressively getting easier

this workout works - only if you are consistent in doing them. I've been doing these workouts off and on for the last 2 months - I definitely see a difference. but keep in mind, everyone's body is different. I weightlift and am on a high protein low deficit diet - so the results were shown pretty fast like a week or two in of doing the workouts.

I will do this after I finish my period for the month, and I will try to stop being lazy 👍 the first day: In the first exercise, I did not know whether she was sitting or standing, haha And in the third exercise, you can hear my back making popcorn sounds The last exercise I didn't know how to do, but I finished it I feel a little strange. I bet my hands would be thinner instead of my back

It's almost been a month since I started this exercise. I was not able to do it everyday just 2-4 times a week (laziness always popped up😂) but I could really see the result. From 30 inches waistline down to 29.
De verdad que si funciona esta rutina, yo la comenze hacer por que vi un vídeo que decía, que, hacer rutinas para la espalda ayudaba a reducir la cintura. Pero me quede impresionada con mis cambios, deja la espalda muy bonita 👍❤❤❤
honestly, this is a very good workout to try and get rid of your love handles or any type of back fat. did this for about almost 2ish weeks, seen a slight difference only because i have been slacking on my workouts. but if you do them consistently you WILL see a difference. nice workout very calm i like it. 😊
