всем привет! я тоже начинаю худеть. я делала это упражнения осенью, и они правда помогали. я буду правильно питаться, а так же делать упражнения. начало: 24.05.24 вес - 72кг обхват ляжек: обе по 60см 1 день:легко сделала) 2 день:тоже легко, но после вчерашнего болят ноги

Всем привет!! Я делаю эту тренировку на протяжение 4 дней и результаты не заставляют меня ждать, за эти 4 дня я потеряла 3,5 см в бедрах И решила записать сюда результаты с 1 дня ПАРАМЕТРЫ ДО ТРЕНЕРОВОК ТАЛИЯ- 64 см ЛЕВОЕ БЕДРО-54 см ПРАВОЕ БЕДРО-56см ДЕНЬ1-✅ эта тренировка тогда мне очень понравилась Я пропотела и чувствовала легкость ДЕНЬ 2-✅ на утро этого дня я измерила свои параметры и увидела -1 см в правом бедре, тогда я так обрадовалась и продолжила тренировку ДЕНЬ 3- ✅ в тот день результатов не было, но я продолжила тренироваться ДЕНЬ 4 -✅ в тот день у меня ушло -0,5 см с каждой ноги ДЕНЬ 5 ✅- я немного запуталась сколько ушло, мои параметры стали такие ПРАВОЕ БЕДРО- 54 см ЛЕВОЕ БЕДРО- 53 см Я очень очень рада таким результатом, буду продолжать тренироваться и записывать сюда результаты ЗАЛАЙКАЙТЕ ПОЖАЛУЙСТА ЧТО БЫ НЕ ПОТЕРЯТЬ КОММЕНТАРИЙ😢

this is a great exercise to do daily because its slow but effective and actually burns. I have been doing this workout for a month and this definitely works, there is a visible difference.

朝起きて、太ももふくらはぎストレッチと一緒にやってますが、足の付け根に1番効いてます!1週間で隙間が広くなってきました

Did both your calves and thighs lose weight?
I'll update for 10 days and I'll make a conclusion for if its worth it. Measurements: Waist: 23.5 inches (60 cm) Height: 5'0" (153 cm) Left thigh: 18.5 inches (47 cm) Right thigh: 18 inches (46 cm) Day 1: ✅ Done! Day 2: ✅ Done! I went ice skating so everywhere is sore but I pushed through! Day 3: ✅ Done! Day 4: ✅ Done! Day 5: ✅ Done! Day 6: ✅ Done! Day 7 and 8: ❌ I skipped for personal reasons. I will be doing 2 sets for day 9 and 10. Day 9: ✅ Done! I did two sets as said Day 10: ✅ Done with 2 sets!! Final measurements: Left thigh: 17.75 inches (45 cm) Right thigh: 17 inches (43 cm) Conclusion: Good results, do recommend. But I also started running a mile a day which helped tone my thighs. Any average person should be able to distinguish a healthy body and a unhealthy one. It's up to you to decide whether your thighs need to be skinnier or not. I can see this workout working better with people that actually need to do this. Would recommend to everyone but especially those with actually thicker thighs. Those on the skinnier side may see results but doing other exercises help as well. And my waist has also gotten thinner (it is now 23 inches or 59 cm) due to running a mile a day. (I also recommend doing that, it helps slim down your body. And of course, do it at your own pace.) I tried to make this as not offensive as possible, but I need to be straightforward if I were to set a limit to the length of my message.

всем приветик!! делаю эту тренировку уже 4 дня! ноги стали правда тоньше, жира стало меньше, буду продолжать и дальше, залайкате, чтобы не забыла! 4 день: ноги уже не так сильно болят при упражнениях, стали тоньше 5 день: упражнения стали намного легче, делаю по подходу в день 6 день: как всегда сделала подход, завтра утром напишу насколько уменьшились ноги 7 день: сделала 1 подход, -2 см за 3 дня

Doing this for 2 months! WIsh mw luck Dau 1:✅ Loved it!!! Can't wait for more! Day 2:✅Honestly it is sooo relaxing and effective! Day 3:✅This is my favorite work out I have done for legs. It is so effective and relaxing I'm already seeing differences and it's only been three days. Day 4:✅It burns but fun! Day 5:✅Getting better at it! I've decided i was going to go into a huge calorie deficit! Day 6:❌Busy and wasn't home all day. Day 7:✅ I was really busy today but i'm glad i was able to fit it in. ポキポキ音は、筋肉が硬くなって骨と擦れたり、骨盤と大腿骨の歪みでなったりするのですが、このストレッチは歪み矯正&緩める事が出来るので、続けるとマシになってくると思います! ただ痛みがある場合は、中断してくださいね😖

Doing this for 19 days before school starts!!! I have big thighs so hopefully I can get a thigh gap in a few months but I have 19 days to hopefully make it noticeableish!! (Each ✅ is 1x I did this!) Day 1: ✅✅ (I wanted to find a exercise for slim legs and this was easy although I was a bit shaken towards the end of the 2nd one!) Day 2:✅✅ it was the same as yesterday since I did another leg exercise before this but I was still a bit shaky, thanks for all the likes! Day 3: I couldn’t do it since I was busy but I swam today at the pool! Day 4: ✅✅ i have noticed a small difference but it’s not very noticeable when I sit since I have big thighs but when I stand I notice they look a bit thinner! Day 5: ✅✅ it was definitely easier than before but no big difference, I’m going to watch the ninja turtles movie in a bit lol I’ll let you all know how it goes! Day 6: I didn’t do it since I was at the pool and I was busy 😢 Day 7: ✅✅✅✅ I did it 4x to make it up😭😭 it was way easier than before but I haven’t noticed much difference I also went to the mall today and I bought some clothes! And the glow recipe Barbie set! *please like for motivation and to help me remember to update!* 7-24-23 (I have registration this coming Monday and I have to take my school id picture there so I will push myself more because I will see people that will be in my classes and I also want to wear shorts when I go😅 I might go clothes shopping this week so I will let you all know how it goes!! *thanks for all the love and support🫶🏻*

привет!!буду делать эту тренировку неделю начало 17 июля,конец 24 июля 1.сделала один подход(сама тренировка легкая,но мышцы,конечно,чувствуются) 2.сегодня измерила и уже -2 см!!сделала 3 подхода(после тренировки измерила и -1см) 3.сделала 2 подхода 4.сделала 2 подхода 5.опять 2 подхода(еще -1см) 6.пропустила(уехала) 7.2 подхода 8.1 подход итог:-4 см за 6 дней(также я сижу на иг 18/6) смысле писать дальше уже нет,я довольна результатом.стала делать другие 2 тренировки залайкайте,чтобы не забыла!! (не хочу оставлять здесь свои параметры..)

hai every1 i’ve been doing/using this workout since may/june 2023 and it does wonders !! the key is to try to be consistent or a few times a week should suffice.. as of now i dont use the routine as much as i am trying to have more stronger legs (similar to ballerina) but sometimes i use this routine as a substitute at times or if im lazy, i do not like hardcore workouts unless its for abs but this is good for flexibility . ive lost some stubborn fat since then !! i dont have measurements but i can def say that this routine is good for any time of the day to do :)
Going to do this for 1 week! Will come back afterwards for the results!! Left thight: 65cm Left calve: 39cm Right thight: 64cm Right calve: 39cm Day 1:✅ feeling good Day 2: ✅ easy

Doing this for 14 days! Starting day: 25th june Ending day: NOTE: I'm also doing hinafit's quick leg stretch before this Before: Left thigh: 28 inches Right thigh: 28.1 inches Day 1: Done- my ankles hurt a bit because I've been hurt there a few times before Day 2: done Day 3: did not do- I was busy studying for an exam Day 4: done- I'll do it two times today! Day 5: done Day 6: done Day 7: not done Day 8: done Day 9 to 14: done Note: I didnt update because I was super busy Result; left thigh: 27.8 inches Right thigh: 27.9 inches It's not a big result but I see how it will work in the long term!

Так же не буду если сладкое и сахар Начну завтра 31.07.23 года Ждите!!!!!!! Ляшки:53см обе Икры:40 см обе Каждые три дня буду писать уменьшились ли ляшки и икры)))

Приветы всем! ❤ Буду делать эту тренировку. Помимо этого хожу в бассейн 1 раз в неделю. Мои параметры: рост:155-157 вес:52,5 (начала худеть с 64 кг) 1 день: ✅1 подход( вроде нормик) Залайкайте пожалуйста что бы не потеряла❤❤❤

Started to do so many exercises from today

я тоже решила попробовать. замеры: от - 67см об левого - 54см об правого - 52см помимо этой тренировки буду делать другие (по возможности) 1 - ✅ 2 - ✅ 3 - ✅ 4 - ✅ 5 - пропустила 6 - ✅ 7 - пропустила 8 - 9 - 10 - 11 - 12 - 13 - 14 -
I did this for 1 week and my legs are so much slimmer now, definitely recommend! 🥰🥰
