Thanks for the exercises! Gotta say at this speed I really don't feel my abs are working though, so I do the exercises way more slowly, hardening my stomach and focusing on my breath. That helps a lot and makes the difference ;)

Very good selection of movements they were easy to follow, the workout is felt on the abs while being gentle with the joins (considering the arthritis) this I recommend!
