My first 30 minutes workout without any breaks needed. I started to do home workout on the beginning of the year and I usually took extra 10-30 minutes break to complete the whole set. Today, after a month of consistency I finally has the strength to complete the workout without adding more breaks. To all people who just started, I know it's hard in the beginning but with full consistency and passion you can reach your target. Hopefully, I will reach my goal this year. Goodluck for everyone!

I loved this - my first HIIT workout in many years or possibly ever! I stopped for a couple of minutes for a few times, and sometimes paused for an extra 30 seconds or so to give myself an extra rest but I still made it. Hopefully as I do this more I'll be able to do it straight through without adding more breaks!

This is so deceptively simple! I did your 60-min full body HIIT yesterday (the one from a year ago) and today I was thinking to do something simpler. I was actually going to complete another 30-min no jumping + standing after this one, but now I decided to wait until tomorrow lol. 🤣Thanks as I broke a good sweat! Lovely music and fun moves 🥵

I gotta be honest Eleni, I love your workout and it immediately tones my belly cos I be squeezing that core! But sometimes, I get slightly dizzy from the motion. I always do your workout minutes after I wake up and I've had a good cup of green tea or water. Other times, my energy level just drops drastically and I have to skip a few steps. Is there anything I can do?

Maybe it's from your Menstrual cycle, at some days we are stronger than at others thats why we should do Different Workouts depending on our cycle. You should look into it if that Works :) other than that, maybe you should eat something before workout for the dissyness
