Love this!! Worked out my legs, felt my core and did NOT irritate my back!
I'm going to be doing this everyday! I came to the realisation that all I need to lose is my thigh fat as I don't really have a much of a stomach. I did another workout before this for 10 minutes so I didn't;t finish this the whole way through because my legs are BURNING but this is definitely getting done the rest of the week! Absolutely loved this workout!

Thank you for such a clean 10 minute workout video. I have fairly bad wrists and back, so it is so hard to find workouts that won't cause me pain and discomfort during the prosses. I hope to implement this into my routine to finally stick to a regular workout and actually hit mt goal.

Loved the workout. It was amazing. It's mesmerizing to see the impact fitness has on our bodies. After years of no workout, I still have the balance from when I used to workout regularly.
I just did this exercise. Not the type I usually do. One thing, however, I learned about myself is that I need to better balance myself. You keeping your balance ever so elegantly really shows your strength.

My goodness! I'm sweating 🥵 Glad I found you cuz I'm sticking with your workouts. Just deleted many previously downloaded workout videos. I love the fact that this is all standing. I finished this workout, although I didn't get some right and I paused quite a number of times. Today is my first day and keep my fingers crossed, I'll be doing these 3/4 times a week from now. Thank you so much for an amazing workout

I feel you. Same here. Feel like I've aged overnight. Simple tasks seem so hard to do all of a sudden. I wish you well in your fitness journey. May we both be fully restored to full health. God willing ❤.😊.

Thank you so much this has been so much fun and it’s not too difficult I hope if I keep this up with weights and cycling I can go down to 140 that’s been my goal so far I lost 30 lbs still a working progress but I notice every week and getting strong that’s all that maters Thank you again for your encouragement after each workout 😅
Tried for the first time today. I work out almost every single day but for some reason this got me literally sweating, like its dripping. That has never happened before! I love this work out and will defindly do again!!

I have to do some of these exercises to fix the damages in my legs. I have to hold on to a chair to be able to do them. They are so painful. The trainer is excellent.

I fainted yesterday and therefore my hips and back are way to sore to lay in the ground so I am grateful for this exercise. It was perfect difficulty and feels great afterwards 🤩🤩💗💗
