1. Hold DB Overhead in R hand (other arm out to side), then R Elbow to L Knee 2. “” L. 3. Hands behind head, R Side elbow to R side knee (side crunch) then R elbow twist to opp knee, repeat other side 4. Hold DB at Chest in both hands, stagger stance R ft back. Crunch as u bring R knee up, then twist L elbow to R knee 5. Repeat other side 6. Hold DB in each hand vertically at chest. Alt X Punch to opp side (lift heel) 7. Hold DB overhead in R hand. Side bend reaching L hand towards floor 8. Repeat other side 9. Hold 1 DB at ends below chest. Twist Torso R then L Repeat circuit a 2nd time
