I was not able to finish this 37 mins video.. After 31 mins.. I felt so tired... and I heard my heart pumping quite fast.. This is really a cardio exercise... Thanks for the video,,, This is a best exercise for the people who have small space and do not wanna go outside...Easy to follow

Awesome it felt like it wasnt as fast but was perfect... According to my Samsung Watch 4 I burned 280 calories on general mode... I didnt keep track of my steps but I only walked to bathroom before getting started and I'm at 3,854
