This is great! I'm only in my 20s but overweight and I was looking at a martial arts I could start to get into and develop along the weight loss journey as motivation and kick boxing looks great, and this is a work out (and a half man I am sore and tired ha), but something I can actually do!

I’m 22 years old and got to a really bad point with my weight. In high school I used to weigh 115lbs and let myself go after I graduated. December 6th 2023 I decided to finally make a change and have been working out for 30 min - 1hr & 30 min, almost every day since then. I saw kick boxing was an option on my Apple Watch, and decided to come onto KZread to find some good kickboxing exercises that I could do at home. I discovered this video and I LOVE IT! I went from 243lbs December 6th 2023, to 227lbs today! I enjoy your kick boxing workouts! They make working out actually fun for me, and I just want to thank you for playing a part in my weight loss journey! You’ve helped me out so much and I’m going to continue on with these workouts!❤

Since I have been working out to many of your videos now for weeks - it's time I send a note of my appreciation! I'm 72 years old, and over the course of the last 8 months, have lost 45 pounds. It's a whole new world for me, and I thank you for making your videos - they are a big part of the new me. I like this video (used to take kickboxing classes at the Y years ago), but mostly I love the stability ball and pilates based videos. I have one artificial knee, and one somewhat dubious knee - but this all works for me! Thanks again.

Wow, this was fun. I used to do kickboxing workouts in my teens. When I left school I started to smoke. Now 34 years old, I quit smoking yesterday. People said go for vape. doesn't make sense... Decided to get back into exercising and getting fit. replacing old bad habits with new good habits. This was an excellent start and I broke out a lovely sweat. Subscribed. Will check out more workouts. You go girl and thank you very much for this!

I'm only nineteen but I'm looking to start kickboxing soon, and this was an awesome workout to begin with. I have never been particularly athletic so this kind of stuff can be really intimidating for someone new, but you have been by far the most welcoming trainer ever and I'm incredibly thankful for your work. :)

You are a gift to us ladies! That was a good round of cardio! At 71 my body had changed with a belly and weight! I eat right and exercise and walk. I read that doing cardio is the best to lose belly weight than walking so I'm stepping up my game for cardio. I appreciate your classes.

I thoroughly enjoyed this kickboxing workout. It was tough yet fun and gentle at the same time. As I’m getting older I look for lower impact workouts that are easy on my body and joints due to prior injuries. Don’t let the name Senior Shape fool you in any way because you will be sweating your way to complete fitness. Lauren is simply fantastic and I highly recommend all her videos! She is so professional, easy to follow and very knowledgeable! 💪❤️👍

So much energy in this workout! I love kickboxing. Had to change the tempo and the side kicking (the last one because of my lower back), but I found my own tempo and made excercise adaptions which worked for me. Will try this again another time!

Ok, you really got me with those side jumping jacks…but I’m so happy I finished till the end. I feel better this morning than I would by lounging & getting up “naturally “ meaning laying back down and re-waking up. This is day 1 of my 30 days of workouts & im gonna stick this one out. I can tell this workout is about meaningful movements, more than power/strength. That’s something build up to. Love it ❤

What I’ve learned from medical professionals and research is that you don’t need to k.i.l.l. yourself doing intense workouts. You just need to exercise enough to get your heart rate up for a decent amount of time and also be consistent. This is coming from a woman who used to do Taebo consistently in the mid 2000s. I’m now back to working out and by the time I was done with this workout, I was sweating like crazy. I will be doing this workout several times a week. Thank you for creating REALISTIC exercises that can help anyone! You are amazing!!! 💋💋💋

First time, I could go only up to 25 min 😢 but hoping to go all the way next time. I am 35 but I am not used to exercise regularly. I found this channel 2 weeks ago, and I have been trying the different sessions since. I'm really liking it.

Day 3 and I must say today was starting to get hard. But I pushed through and happy for it. to share a little personal information. I was always bullied for the way I look and packed on a lot of bitterness/anger throughout my life. This has been a great way to start my day and release that anger. I’m finding myself a little more calmer and things not bothering me as much, so definitely recommend this workout and keep it consistent.

Easy to follow and a great stress buster!! I’ll have to come up with an alternative to side kicks as they bother my low back, maybe some lateral leg raises instead for my purposes.

While I am not yet a Senior, I have had too many athletic related injuries, most recently back muscle and torn hamstring. I rehabbed but need to rebuild cardio and strength and flexibility. These workouts are PERFECT!!!!!! Thank you. Love your BARRE too because I had to stop doing barre ballet workouts.

What a great kickbutt- I mean kickboxing! - workout! 😂 So much fun, and I got loads of steps and burned tons of calories. 🔥 Kickboxing used to be my go-to workout but some chronic health conditions made it so that most kickboxing workouts aren’t very good for my body. With this one, I get all the fun parts about the workouts while being kind to my body too. Thank you!!

Wow..I love Jillian Michaels..I am 62.. dated a bodybuilder who owned a gym in 1980's. Know all the moves. Now with Herniated discs. SI joint dysfunction. Very limber movements. Had some balance issues to to past fracture hip. Love it!! Don't underestimate Seniors

Did this workout today for the first time. Easy to follow and made it through more than 75% of it. I’ll soon be 72, am currently overweight and have been somewhat of a slug ever since the Pandemic (although I do walk and play PB frequently). Will continue to do this workout because it’s low impact and provides not only cardio but a full body workout.

Girl I love this workout !!! AND YES I AM SWEATING !!! And its hard for me to work up a sweat even when I am hardcore skating. I loved this because it got so many things in, I got my jumping rope, squats and jumping jacks in since I try to do those almost everyday alternately. HA you did good and it was fun and yes I feel tough, I aint scared of nobody now when I go to Walmart....Imma sharing this one too !

Love this workout. Used to do a lot of kickboxing and martial arts in my 40's and 50's. I am now 66 and have had one knee replacement but this workout was great for me. Sweated up a storm. Love all your workouts. Thanks so much for doing this
