I liked this but used 8 lb weights at 72 with shoulder pain and osteoporosis. Hopefully I can work up to the tens. Thank you ❤

I have now stuck with your workouts for about 8 weeks. I had become discouraged that so many workouts now involve high impact moves that hurt joints (burpees, jumping, etc.). I have lost 5 pounds and feel energized every day to workout. THANK YOU!!!
Yay! Good for you Kimber! That's exactly why I started this channel. Knowing that not everyone wants/can do burpees while watching a 20 year old in skimpy clothes :) I LOVE to hear that you are feeling energized and seeing results!
Saved this workout until this evening because we’re having a bit of heatwave here in the UK 🇬🇧 it gone too hot 🥵 I’m sweaty and red in the face not a pretty picture . But made it through.👍👍thank you Lauren❤️

Great workout! I had to take light weights for that halo and lift leg balance combo. I have balance issues from surgery about 9 months ago but this will help improve my shoddy balance.

"Progress not perfection". Thank you for these words of wisdom today. My progress is that I increased to slightly heavier weights. Even if they aren't heavy to some, they are heavier than where I started.

I’m not sure if I’m going to to anymore workouts with the core plus reformer. They are not very popular and a company that makes a knockoff version keeps stealing my content and using it illegally on their website and ads 😢

About a year ago I found your videos and I’m so thankful I did. I’m 67 and I’ve always be active, your workouts are perfect me at my age and I enjoy the Cognitive workouts as well you keep me on my toes 🥰

Good morning! I returned to this full body workout with light weights and mat work and continue to enjoy it! I feel so refreshed and see improvements in my agility as I’m doing moves with more flexibility. Always enjoy your workouts!

Can we start with no weights as a beginner with just body weight resistance?
Yes! That's a great idea for any of my videos. You can then progress to holding water bottles or soup cans.

After Monday’s fantastic workout, the morning stretch was perfection for this morning. Going to up my weights to 5 pounds. Will take it slow and steady. Have gone from 1 to 3….. now 5 YEA. Have a great day!
