I’ve been away from your channel for a bit. No problem I just got stuck with what comes to screen. What a fabulous workout! Age 70 I moderate 😁 some moves. Did the whole exercise because it felt so good. Love the coordination of the kicks and punches. Felt like I was dancing!♥️

This was GREAT! I am out of state celebrating my fab 40th and C Dorner fitness came along. I packed resistance bands in my tiny luggage so I can do some strength too. After a long day of plane travel cardio sounded good to me. I plan on some mobility a little later today when we need a rest. The low impact is great because I only take a carry on and small personal bag, so I did not bring athletic shoes (we are in Nashville so I didn't feel the need). The low impact allows me to get in a workout while barefoot. I am super sweaty and feel like I started my day and my trip out excellently!

I haven't done a kickboxing workout in some time. I decided to do so today to find a better way to channel my anger instead of wallowing in my thoughts. It was very challenging, and I had to stop a few times along the way. However, your energy, movement variety, and great music kept me going! Thank you so much! Excellent! Love it when the guests are on. It is great to see people who we have only previously hear names. Also -- I forgot about What's Happening! That show was funny. I do remember the Doobie Brothers episode now that you mentioned it. Also when they had that family on that could sing and Rerun (I think) was their agent? They sang that song -- Bubblin Brown Sugar. Great workout! Love kickboxing, still modified the jumping moves, but I’m still moving. 😅I did this yesterday after doing garden work for two hours so I was warm!😂💪👍
