    Prince V how tf is this gay when its kick boxing? This is actually more beneficial than weightlifting bcus it burns way more calories and tones the body at the same time. Weight lifting is way too much pressure on the muscles which could tear them. You must be gay for doing this too otherwise what other reason you'd be watching this lol.

    I found these popsugar cardio boxing videos about a month and a half ago and I've been doing them a few times a week and today was the first time I managed to keep up with the speed in most drills! I am a bigger sized girl and I feel like I just proved that no matter which size you are, you can still move your body and make it do awesome stuff! Christa is absolutely amazing and motivating

    For anyone who wants to know, I'm 5'5 194 lbs, and I burned 584 calories with this workout, only a few modifications and small breaks like 20-30 seconds when I was absolutely dying haha

    To be honest, I hated working out and only started doing it because I had terrible anxiety attacks and my doctor said that working out was a necessary to be able to deal with them. So I started watching popsugar fitness, I was too shy to go to the gym and I have been transformed. I workout with one of this videos at least once a week and it has helped me a lot. I haven`t had an attack in months, I lost weight and feel more confident, not just physically, but mentally too. Thank you popsugar and thank you christa I don´t know what I would do without you :)

    I've been so uninspired and overweight for a while. I'm a marathon runner but its been a couple years since my last race. I've been depressed and drinking too much but I know I need some good cardio to get me back on track; something more than running because my body is used to that. I love kickboxing and every move Ms. Christa lead felt good. I know it's gonna help transform my body. SO many uninspiring videos out there (bless their souls), but THIS workout led by this firecracker BOSS lady is a blessing. Thank you for being the most. And by the way, those tights are wild and inspiring on their own! Great voice, great energy!

    Keep in mind that 80% of the results comes from Nutrition, and 20% from the actual training. I know because I used to be a gym ratt, but I gained weight (got fat) despite regular training. I finally lost 18 kg in 20 weeks due to change of my eating habits (5-6 meals/day), nutrition supplements (Multivitamin, Omega 3, Protein, Pre/Intra-Workout supplement), drinking only pure/filtered water, and made sure I got enough rest (including sleep). I can recommend products from Garden of Life, Sunwarrior, Vega, and MyVegies.

    Get It! I'm right there with you. Had to cut out the drinking 95% to ease out of the depression a couple months ago, and now I'm in training to get in shape and pass a physical assessment to join Florida F&W law enforcement. This is easily in my top 3 favorite combat workout video series, alongside Billy Blanks' Tae Bo videos and Les Mills Combat. Christa obviously knows what she's doing, to moves push me without making me want to throw up, and it's perfect to pair this workout with my body bag. Good luck keeping up with your working out!

    One of my most favourite workouts. I started following Popsugar about a year ago and it changed my life! Now, during the lockdown, Christa's and Jeanette's workouts are the only thing keeping me sane and somewhat motivated. I keep looking for more 40-60 mins workouts to have some variety, but so far found nothing as great as those two!

    You mean the hardest? I am doing muy thai / kickboxing / K1 / mma myself.. ive been off of training for month cuz of broken bone i got from a competition but when i did this workout i hardly got any sweat out.. my trainings are 2h more intense then that whole "Epic boxing cardio workout"

    After all this workout is for mainstream. Ofc it feels hard for you cuz u never do physical exercise witch are truly hard! You can do that workout for the rest of your life and never get in good shape cuz that is just beginner level wich will lead you not having heart attack when u r 30yrso thats all.

    I thought this workout had kicked my ass when the 20ish minute mark hit, got a stitch in my side, saved my fitness data and paced...then after a minute of slow walking, I hit play and busted through the rest of the workout! And man, I am thankful! Feeling great! Thanks for your hard work!

    this brought out my happy hormones! so fun and different amidst the variety of kickboxing cardio on youtube. the head trainer is very graceful as if she was choreographing a dance routine, i love it. I think though that this is in no way for beginners. I have to pause numerous times just to catch my breath

    I love her workout videos. Thank God I saw Christia on youtube. She's a lifesaver. Due to covid quarantine, I gained so much weight but following her kickboxing routines help me lose 11 kilos for 4 months. I want to keep pushing to 5 to 7 more kilos.

    I started following this video bare handed and cheated/modified all the way to finish. Now I’m following the same video in my boxing gloves and punching a heavy bag without cheating on any of the moves. Never get bored on Christa. She is one of the best instructors I followed on KZread. Pop sugar is great with sound effect. The music is not over loud that you can’t hear the instructor talking like some of the other channels I tried.

    Best thing I've ever done. I haven't worked out in about a year, besides stretches and Pilates, so I did all the modifications and was a little bit slower, but I loved it! :)

    Omg she is a beast (in a good way)! Love this!!First time on this and will be following. I am considering taking up some form of cardio regiment like kickboxing etc...so now i know what I am in for. This is a great workout. I only was able to do upto 15 minutes worth of workout...but my goal is to do the entire workout and then join a program. Thank you to getting me on my way.     I've been doing this for a few months and my body changed a lot. Adding this to other workouts I was doing made me push harder and strengthen those smaller muscle groups that were weak when I started. I really recommend this. It may be hard in the beginning but if you don't quit you will get stronger. Christa DiPaolo is amazing and inspiring...so is the whole POPSUGAR TEAM. Thanks for sharing.

    I’m a martial artist of 7 years, so I thought that this would be easy... But DANG this about left me dead. I made it through the whole thing without any breaks. It was a killer workout. I swear more than I ever have before. This is the hardest, yet my favorite workout that I have ever done!

    Completed this workout for the first time this morning before heading off for work. Only found it yesterday, absolutely loved it, and will be keeping in my locker for future use. 480 kcals burnt from the first session. Outstanding :-)

    Finally found a workout that I love doing. I do all three of your workouts through out the week. 30, 45, 30, 1hr, 30. I even do this with the teams that I coach! Thanks!

    Thank you SOOO much! I didn't have much gym access at my summer college program. I did this in my dorm room every day, and by the time my program was over I was 10x more fit!! I cannot thank you enough

    For those who have never done one of Christa's classes I highly recommend you try hunting down a video that shows you the moves. While she does do them slow for the first few reps, beginners who are just learning the moves for the first time may find this less of a workout and more of a frustration. I have done her videos about 5 times and some times my hand-eye coordination still doesn't "cut" it. However, even as you're doing the workout and working through the frustration, it's the end that really surprises you as you're dripping sweat. It may not seem like an intense workout, but the sweat says otherwise. Thanks Christa and Popsugar for a fun workout. I will keep practising until I nail it!

    I donno why but kickboxing cardio is the only cardio where I can push my heartrate super high and keep going. I guess bc I’ve always wanted to learn to throw combinations and diff kicks so I’m glad she also is teaching technique and not ONLY focusing on the cardio aspect like alot of unskilled kickboxing style hiit workouts. I like my workouts to have a purpose other than JUST getting HR up and this was great, TOUGH but great!

    This. Is. Amazing. Really fun to workout!!! I love it how there is dialogue in the background rather than only having the instructor talk. Makes it more lively, realistic, and encouraging!

    OMG, I've never cursed at an instructor as much as this chick right now. I'm sooo overweight, but I'm gonna get back to it. Always sucks to start all over again. Ughhh. Can't wait til I'm in shape.

    Wow I'm dripping in sweat..this was such an amazing boxing workout...at first I was like nah 45min is too long..boxing moves are too difficult blablabla...but I told myself: "if you don't get out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself how the heck do you expect to see changes in your body?!?!?" and I did it and am so freaking happy about it, Christa made it so that I just didn't see the 45 min pass...thank you!!!

    I've trained in traditional Martial Arts, kickboxing, and did some PAL boxing with golden glove level champions. This is a phenomenal workout. If a competitive fighter used this workout and added bag work and actual sparring I can safely state they would be in shape to compete at least in the amateur open class golden gloves.

    I wanted to add in cardio into my fitness lifestyle, I absolutely hate running on treadmills... tried this today it was so fun but so challenging I loved it! I am a giant sweat ball and my face is completely red! So energized and wore out all at once! Will be doing again! Great workout!

    Can I simply say that I am OBSESSED with PopSugar. I have muscle showing in my legs, I even have muscles showing in my stomach area (say what???) and my arms are showing some serious bulk. It's all about sticking to it. THIS video kills me every time and I love it.
