💪 Stronger than ever by May '23.
🚫 Quit alcohol in Jan '24.

I was really surprised to see that u take an HRT drug. I'm 61, also struggle wth the mental side of things plus hot flushes & night sweats. Did God make a mistake ?? Am also plant based. Feel overwhelmed wth all this! Loads of conflicting advice! 🤪

I like that you call it "weight maintenance" rather than loss. I gained 8 pounds over the weekend and feel great, I'm currently underweight but people look at me funny when I say I'm trying to gain. Rock on, girl!

I love this song! It has great energy for working out. I also like to listen to Dubstep Strength Training on Pandora. The jump roping I won't do because of a bad sprain many yrs ago, tendinosis in several parts of ankle. Doesn't hurt anymore because I bought quality sneakers and don't do high impact cardio liking running. I also have Fibro so I don't want to cause re-injury and give the fibro another place to attack. I do need to do more strength training and my core needs major work.

I eat 1 main meal a day. Morning drink yogurt and fruits. 2 pm. Lunch. Evening salad or fruits and leave at least 14 hours followed by yogurt and fruit. Evening exercise 45 minutes walk and swing arms. 4 times per week 3 months i managed to reduce 8 kgs. Cut butter and sweet and bread. Diet control.
