@@RKDriver yup no problem at all. A friend of mine was over noodling around on it and was so impressed he bought it! Great guitars. I have the blonde and the black one that I gig with regularly and they also were easy to dial in!😀

If you can already play, you can make it work. If you're a beginner, the low end guitar is where you learn how to make it work. Some of the bargain guitars are pretty darn good. Some, like a 3/4 size bass I bought for $125 have fish hooks and razor blades for fret ends and rattle like a tin can with marbles in it.

Yes, definitely could hear a difference. The 500k pot definitely sounded brighter and was more pronounced. And congrats on your rapid rise in subscribership. I, like you, just do guitars and gear for fun and its interesting to hear another person of the same doing what you did in this video. So I bought this new tablet for KZread vids, but come to find out the front camera does not have a mirroring function so on every video I am now left-handed! So I found an app that will flip the video and it works well, however I forgot that I have to add text only once the video is flipped or....... Reverse e-mail lol!

Got one last week and I'm super impressed.... 219 euros shipped and my impressions are just like yours. Maybe too light to be mahogany (at least the mahogany we know) but great great guitar; with some eq as a first stage before the amp I get an emg type sound, which is incredible. Will have some work done on the nut (which is anyway set up very well from the factory) to squeeze all the possible playability as I am surely gonna keep it and play it a lot!

I'm curious, what's the tuner your using for your intonation adjustments? I'm still using a clip-on Snark tuner. However, it looks like your getting a much better visual feedback with yours.

7:19 Strum an open chord so we can hear it as you turn the volume and tone up and down. If they're scratchy, that's when you'll hear it. Also for the hum, it can be generated in one or both of two ways. One is magnetic from a power transformer in equipment picked up by a single-coil pickup as you were trying to demonstrate (the closer to the transformer the louder the hum, and the guitar's angle with the sourcealso affects volume), the other is electrostatic, which you can hear with "high gain" (lotta distortion) and NOT touching the strings or any metal hardware on the guitar. If you get hum the second way, it needs the control and pickup cavities shielded.

@@TranscendentBen Hey good info! 😀 I have 3 of these classics... I gig with them regularly. Pots are not scratchy at all. Nice full size smooth pots. These guitars are already shielded from the company. They come with shielding paint throughout. Also pickups have insulated cloth wire pickups. I never get noise with any one of my M-Musi Classics... For this video, my phone (mic and camera) is literally on a stand next to my amp, and I'm an arm's length away from the amp and phone sitting on that chair... 😃

@@paulfenton2070 Hey Paul thanks! For these types of smaller gigs, I just use a small pedal board that I run to the front of the amp. No effects loop. Guitar - mini poly tune tuner - Rowin Compressor - Wampler Clarksdale - Wampler Tumnus Deluxe - Rowin mini Delay - Mini Spark booster - into my Quilter Tone Block 201. That's it 😄

These guitars are already shielded from the company. They come with shielding paint throughout. Also pickups have insulated cloth wire pickups. I never get noise with any one of my M-Musi Classics... For this video, my phone (mic and camera) is literally on a stand next to my amp, and I'm an arm's length away from the amp and phone sitting on that chair... 😃

@@paulfenton2070 Hey Paul thanks! For these types of smaller gigs, I just use a small pedal board that I run to the front of the amp. No effects loop. Guitar - mini poly tune tuner - Rowin Compressor - Wampler Clarksdale - Wampler Tumnus Deluxe - Rowin mini Delay - Mini Spark booster - into my Quilter Tone Block 201. That's it 😄
