    Wow, J! Just made that M-musi into a m-monster! Super licks there and real Tele to hypergain sounds, Suweet!

    I love it when you're happy playing. It's always the best part when you play, it is for me anyway! How I wish I started trying to play when I was young. I'll never realize my dream of being able to play like you can. Even my Happy Birthday rendition sucks.

    Just have fun playing, I can't play like him either, but J-MAN is an extremely talented guitar player so we shouldn't compare ourselves to him.

    Those really are bright sounding humbuckers! Not as “round” sounding as traditional Tele pickups, but not by any means bad sounding, either. That MusicLily bridge actually looks a bit like a G&L ASAT Special bridge. If it were me, I think I would have gone with a traditional Tele-style bridge routed for a humbucker, as those differing widths of ring/bridge look a bit odd right up against each other… But that’s just my opinion.

    Yup we did consider that but we wanted that classic look but with the fusion kick! Haha Plus oddly enough, I can't find a tele bridge for Humbucker that has a 4 hole mount bridge plate🤔

    Nice, and great job on the modding. Still hate the headstock design tho :( Oh yeh, the bridge is similar to the G&L ASAT Specials

    Beautiful job J! Sounds big! Great demo! Obviously that tone is in your Fingers cause it very Tele-Like! Yup you can make almost anything sound like a Tele💥💪 Fender needs to hire you as a Demonstrator!💪👍

    Hahaha thanks man! I'm sure I'm not on Fender's potential demonstrator list, but your comment sure made my day!😊 Very cool mods and with the 500k this humbucking beast still has spank to spare! Those vintage style brass saddles probably don't hurt the spankyness either hahaha!

    Dude! I swear, hand to God, dude. When you stacked those pups, and turned to look in the camera, I swear… my eyebrows went up EXACTLY at the same time as yours. - like they were on the same face, man. Too coincidental.😳 But hey! Nice playing, bud. You know… When you do that after a mod job, your client likes to see you enjoying the guitar and rocking the daylights out of it. It confirms the quality of the work. Just don’t set it on fire at the end. 🥸

    Yeah I know! I contacted Musi a while back and they said they are relocating to a bigger and better facility and they will resume production along with new models later this summer .... Hopefully that happens as these are amazing guitars for the price!

    I think Squire makes a telly in this same butter scotch blond color top load For 199.00 & 40.00 bucks more USD could get the string though.. I just don't understand why so many people like this color..

  • @j-man9457

    @j-man9457

    18 күн бұрын

    Yeah but with the Squire, you don't get a roasted maple neck, body contours, contoured heel, compound radiused fret board, SS frets, bone nut, staggered locking tuners, pure tone jack, full size pots, shielded cavities, and definitely no Seymour Duncan 59 pickups. Not even a close comparison😉 The color is a classic 1950s thing based on a blonde with black guard tele. Everybody loves a sexy blonde! 😂😂😂 Cheers!

    @@j-man9457 yeah, but this M-Musi is out of stock...I looked on AMZN & other sites ,but says out of stock or something... guess we gonna have to settle for something else... Those features you had mentioned are nice to have ,but in reality they aren't all that important for my amateur needs. maybe if I am super serious about the guitar, I would look for those features in the aforementioned. Guitars are like pretty women everyone want's one of those pretty blonds, but the reality those babes are hard on the wallet & likely to break our hearts, so we settle for the squire . lol

    I'm curious, what's the tuner your using for your intonation adjustments? I'm still using a clip-on Snark tuner. However, it looks like your getting a much better visual feedback with yours.
