How is it a promotion? Do you think I get paid by ABC supply for featuring Diane Hendricks? Or Beacon for their story? It’s called journalism. Watch my shingle guides and point at anything that looks like bias towards any brand.

Great story but IKO is the reason why metal roofing is so popular in my area. I live in Ontario where Iko is located and the Cambridge is guaranteed to blow off. Just a few days ago we had a wind storm and 99% of the shingles that blew off are Iko. We as a company will NEVER recommend Iko because they don’t stand behind there work. That why they are in the USA because Canadians know what they are.Give it some time you all will find out.

Cheap vinyl siding is not my favorite. Vinyl siding is prone to melting/warping in intense sun. Cheap on the front end but more expensive on the back end. Very sad to see whole communities with large holes from golf ball to orange size hail damage using cheap vinyl siding. These very expensive houses looked like they had been in a war zone. Getting hit with large hail from the sky is probably very similar to being hit with a sledge hammer. Thanks for sharing. Great video!

You have to be an excellent salesman for this to work. If you get 15 leads and only two are really legit then its up to you to beat the competition. I'm good at it. Don't' get me wrong Angi are crooks and quite aggravating. So I look at it like this. I spent around $2,000 per month totaling $24, 000 and make $300K-$350K then most would agree it works. Once again you have to build your ratings, be professional , Know to how to talk to people , articulate your expertise. Its up to you. You have only one shot at a fist impression. There a necessary evil for me at least.

I like the "walk on" aspect. I have a low pitch single story ranch, and I like using my leaf blower to blow my gutters out at least once in the spring, and once in the fall. Normally I wouldn't think of walking on a roof, but for cleaning gutters, this is the way. This product is probably going to be my next material for my next roof.

Dimitry I have the basic aluminum old fashioned style with the lip that you say will stop stuff so you might have to clean it. Well I have had it on my house 10 years and it has no problem. I have never cleaned it. The wind has always blown everything off. I don't have a scotch pine with long needles. Keep in mind if I gave you 100 needles and asked you to try to drop them into one of those holes you would have a problems. My simple aluminum guards have not grown any green stuff on them, like my fence does. Any fine mesh products can grow things and get small dirt in them and cause water to shed off and run right over onto the grounds. The lip keeps the water more in the gutter, whereas the completely flat products can scoot the water right over the edge without stopping particularly as the clog up with dust and dirt and then algae or moss whatever the green stuff is. I would not advise anyone to use micromesh. not my video kzread.info/dash/bejne/dIBtqKyjn6jYe5s.html

if a public adjuster advises people to never send an estimate to the insurance company and to get them involved in every job, they are shady and disgusting. Do not hire them. If they insist you use their contractors, do not use them, they are likely to scam you and not have your interests in mind. If they say every claim should have a public adjuster hired, do not use them, they only have their interests in mind. Report any and all shady behavior you find, never let them get away with it. Hold strong and dont let them belittle you contractors.

I've always viewed insurance as gambling. The carrier is like the casino... And we all know that the "house" always wins, even if the occasional patron hits the 'jackpot'. If insurance has gotten itself into this bind, it is because they did not adjust their systems when they should have, and now are forcing the 'gamblers' to pay more to play the game, and with worse odds of winning to boot.

They always have a solution to run our business, they always have a conference to talk the talk, but they NEVER walk the walk. Total home, is totally closed. Maybe the next WTS conference can help him open it back up.

If you are only adding 4-5 years to a roof the cost does not justify the added life. If the product is so good do insurance companies extend their coverage in length.
