When home owners ask me why I’m not on the BBB I just tell them I don’t pay to look good online

It’s a marketing company. They work for who pays them, the contractor. So many people have no clue. It’s difficult to get a real complaint filed through them. The contractor can stop the complaint through filing a reply that makes the customer look like they have lied.

It has been 25 years since I joined them and then realized it was just a scam.

BBB is a waste of money in my opinion. There's so much corruption due to greed. Just like the insurance companies hiring engineering firms to lie about roofs.

BBB customers are the worsrt. I dropped them years ago and the sales rep was crazy aggressive and pissed off.

@@RoofingInsights3.0to a bizarre degree. Calling me non stop and then antagonizing me before offering to drop the renewal price. The entire experience turned me off in the biggest way. I don’t miss their weird ass customers.

The BBB has been helpful for our new roofing company. We’ve received leads through them, more legitimacy in customers eyes, and they gave us discounted rates for our local home show by having a booth in the BBB isle. I do feel their annual membership price is a bit steep but other than that I feel like they really do provide homeowners peace of mind which is important in a world of scammers.

How High are you? Tell us the drugs you buy?? your BBB logo on the website, and the car's sticker is biger than your company logo, did you ever think that thos client are yours on first place? remove they giant logo from your advartisement than you see clients get duble and non will be from bbb and stop talk on the sale pich that you on bbb and lets see what will hapen when your renual come up?
