Hi Dmitry, I start the business 3 years ago, with Covid-19. I watched almost all your videos and learn how to start and do that business. I am a roofing contractor in PA. You don't have to have a roofer license to become a roofer in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We have a home improvement license, in PA and NJ. But, I believe every state have to have a roofer license at the state level. Like a plumber, electrician and HVAC technician. Like Florida. The customers can get better quality workmanship. Also, given the roofing contractor's responsibilities on their works. Clean all the bad guys on the market. Thank you so much all the good information you share it!

I just went through it in Cleveland Ohio. Required a bond, a doctored liability insurance cert, $150, and a lengthy application. Just mailed all that off today. Oh and 2 of the documents require a notary. I think all that is a bit excessive

In West Virginia we need State license, plus License for each city, some tiny towns with less then 1200 person population require city license. Almost all cities/towns require permits and charge Business and operations tax on the job. This is central West Virginia.

LOL thats really funny considering what a DUMP gary has become. Its BEEN that way for 30 plus years. I was born/raised in that area before I fled to The Free Republic of Arizona.
