The Phoenix police are compensated for their time in court be it at their regular pay rate or at time and a half if court time takes their week beyond 40 hours. Therefore, police have an incentive to be in court while most citizens attend court on their own time.

@@DarkReturns1PA v Mimms, the police can pull people out of the car for any or no reason ... if they were truly concerned about the passengers safety, they would have pulled them both out of the car and separated them to talk to the passenger alone, in case they were kidnapped or whatever. But as soon as the cop walked up and saw that neither were in trouble, that SHOULD have dispelled any suspicion and they SHOULD have just gotten back in their car and driven away. Once suspicion is dispelled, there is no legitimate or legal reason for them to remain detained (which is what a traffic stop is ... a detainment).

Most police cruisers, actually have radar and tag scanner in there front bumper they don’t have to see the tag . It will Flash on there computer if there tag is expired, the name that is register to the make of the car and the make of the of the car the tag is register to. That info will even show, is the person the car is register to insurance has expired or if there license is expired even suspended. Also you should note flashing a flash light at emt, police, and other drivers and pedestrians. Can be a signal of distress of a person in the vehicle. Was over 20 years ago even longer a teen girl that was kidnapped popped the rear light out and used a light flashing it and even put her hand out to get attention from motorists which call the police and saved her life. Most states require that the tag is visible and have a light. These guy new the officer would follow because of the flashing of the light. They knew the officer would follow, this officer I would was on the force long. The only thing I don’t like about these guys , is they use something ,that people use under distress to get a officer attention for there internet video. A officer that been on the force long enough, would of pull them, ask if everyone is safe and ok. If he knew anything if they were speeding, prove would be the fact that the radar caught it, not less they don’t have on board radar which most police do these days. So officer should just ask, if everyone was ok and if had a problem with visibility of there tag warned then to make sure it could be seen.

I wish you would help me. I got pulled over in Oklahoma for no reason at all. I was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant hold from Texas. The cops couldn’t find any drugs or anything so they took my wife’s guns off her and charged me with possession of a firearm by a felon. She told them the guns were in her name but they were mad they couldn’t find drugs. I was driving from Texas to Missouri to pick up my son from driving school. Upon being stopped, the cop asked and my wife for our driver’s licenses and immediately told me to step out of the vehicle. I asked him if I had to get out, knowing I didn’t have to, and his reply was, “yes you have to step out.” I lost everything because of him and my health has declined significantly. I had to spend all my money hiring a lawyer and posting bail. I’m fighting the charges now and I plan on suing the department for the arrest. He had no reason to pull me over, no reason to make me exit the vehicle, and no reason to search the vehicle and plant something on me. I have not been in trouble since having my first child and this was a very troubling and traumatic experience. I need help exploiting the police in Ottawa county, which is where it took place. We were also pulled over again the day I made bail. They harassed us for no reason. I’m sure race had something to do with it. I really need your help because I don’t know where to turn to exploit and sue them

All we the people need to do is find spines and stand up and just say (insist) no. If a cop violates our rights his qualified immunity can be denied and he can be sued personally. Bingo! Even the founding Fathers had enough history to realize that. ALL governments eventually become corrupt. That's why they went back into session and created the Bill of Rights. That extended the government's ability to subjugate its people, but it didn't stop it. Remember, the Bill of Right is only as good as the system provides to support and defend it. Violating it should be among our most severely punished laws. But as we can clearly see, in the vast majority of cases, no cops get prosecuted for violating anyone's civil right. Therefore, they continue to become more braze each day. These are federal crimes, and any cop from any Police department that violates civil rights needs to be tried in federal court.

@@johncataldo5529I'm curious as to how you consider this situation to be that they are the ones wasting time and not the cop that pulled them over? That cop knew exactly who they were or a light wouldn't have caused him to turn and come up on them at an excess speed. However, let's say that he didn't know(although it was admitted during the stop)and he really did want to "make sure everybody was okay" wouldn't it make more sense to just get behind them and observe before deciding if it warranted a stop? He got an attitude and jumped the gun. Once he'd done so he realized he was way out of his league. At that point the only one wasting time was the cop. I mean if a light means distress would you really only shine it one time? All these videos I've seen with the cops lying and being such crooked ego driven bullies is so disheartening. Anyway, I hope you'll answer because I am really curious about your point of view. Maybe you'll give me a different way to look at what happened during that video. Maybe I missed something etc. Or maybe my comments will have given you a different way to look at it. I don't know, but I'm open-minded.

YEP! Just as the founding fathers intended. But unfortunately, the people are asleep due to Ideological Subversion. The first stage of demoralization involves the gradual erosion of a society's moral and ethical values, often through the manipulation of education, media, and culture. The second stage of destabilization involves the creation of social and economic chaos, often by exploiting existing divisions and conflicts within a society. The third stage of crisis involves the escalation of conflict and the breakdown of social order, leading to a situation of extreme vulnerability. The final stage of normalization involves the imposition of a new social and political order that is more favorable to the interests of the enemy. Bezmenov argued that the Soviet Union was actively engaged in a program of ideological subversion against the United States and other Western democracies during the Cold War. He believed that the Soviet Union sought to undermine Western values and institutions by infiltrating and manipulating key institutions such as the media, academia, and government.

Yeah, but here's the problem: there's still a police report. If you're arrested, you now have a record. Even if the arrest was false. Further, it doesn't say false arrest or that the cops were corrupt or lied. Only that the charge were dropped which does not mean you are innocent. Never forget that.

Auditors need to start having the legal codes ready to review on site, preferably on an electronic device that can pull it directly from the state's website. When you can immediately show them the code they're claiming you violated and verify that it doesn't apply, it eliminates their Reasonable Suspicion. I'm just surprised that none of them are doing this.

I have seen auditor do this. The LEO excuse is they can't trust the printed word because they may of changed some of the language. They will also say take it up in court. The problem is the LEO will play dumb the next time. They are banking on the ignorance of the citizens. I have seen this video before and I just put this together. The reason for why the officer asked if they had weapons is because he thought they had a gun with a flash light pointed at him. Was it reasonable for him to think that. Once he saw who it was then he should of he explain this to the auditors his concerns. They may rethink using the light again. This how the a reasoned person should of handled it fostering a trust between the police and citizens.

. Why the police arrest innocent people. The reason that ALL law enforcement officers make so many arrests, mostly of innocent civilians, is because they “understand” thru training, discussions, shop talk, the ladder of career, bar room banter, bragging rights, pay bonuses, and their superiors tell them to KEEP THE JAIL BEDS FULL. If investigated, you’ll find that the federal government pays matching funds to the full jail beds to offset the cost of housing “criminals” and it’s a money-making business too. There’s always the need for more prisons and jails need to be bigger. Because the incentive is there, as described above, Every Single LEO is obligated to follow suit with all other LEO's. Don’t forget we need to exceed the budget so we can ask for more next year. AND GET IT. Make arrests, you’re covered by Qualified Immunity. That alone opens the door to any and all criminal activity by the LEO’s, to make arrests. That idea is so dangerous and in my opinion is the entire purpose for organized law enforcement funded by the state. It’s the game of power and life created by the then powerful and continued like a cancer on the planet surface. It now involves the Entire Gov’t of any country where-in the Rich, the Bilderberg groups, control the powerful, the powerful, big shot legislators, corporate owners, simi rich, control the leaders, and the leaders, governor, mayors, state legislators, control the enforcers, the enforces, sheriffs, police, state police, army, navy, air force, coast guard, fbi, cia, the alphabet fed leo’s , control the people. In between is the Long Involved Torturous Condition known as the criminal justice system. It relies on the tactics we saw yesterday, are seeing today and will see tomorrow. Bullying, intimidation, coercion, theft, lying, cheating and stealing, accident and intentional murder, maiming, brutal beatings, cold blooded murder, extortion, blackmail, literal gang activity, organized racketeering, by the police, and by the gov’t in general and it works from the Top Down.
