Pierce County Sheriffs "Female Cop" escalates the situation by telling the guy "He's recording you"
This call came in over the scanner as a homeless guy trespassing..as I approached It's difficult to hear in the video but the TYRANT Female Cop tries to escalate the situation with the homeless guy by telling him "He's filming you." The guy was clearly unstable and at one point swinging a club around. By her making that comment it can only incite and escalate the situation. As the guy walks by you can hear me asking him if he's okay at which he replied yes.

It's difficult to hear in the video but she repeatedly tells the guy that I'm videotaping him..just to escalate the situation.
