Loved this episode! He nailed a lot of what I’ve been feeling and seeing in the industry over the last 2 years. Retail is on its way back in and those guys who only know how to sell on a deductible are going to struggle to make it. Being able to offer financing is going to be the big thing as well for a lot of homeowners, especially untill the election is over.

I also remember the first time I met someone that had GPS on their phone, I assumed it would cost thousands of dollars a month

I remember when eagleview was brand new.. actually came in to job interview with them here in WA, they were training us how to use Xbox controllers to measure the roof from satellite images.. was such a foreign idea back then

Could not agree more about the w2 part. Only I would suggest take it a step further and apply it to your installers as well. Like this guy said, he has no idea how many crews his subs have, which means he probably has no idea about a lot of the things they are doing either, or how comfortably they are able to live on $150 per day, which is prob what they make. Am I wrong? I hope I am. But I bet I am not.

His goal is $2.5M for 2024, but he carried over $2M from 2023? Not sure why he's a guest, he seems like a joke.
