We went with a Laveo dry flush toilet. It is the ultimate invention for van life. No dumping and no stink. Just a bit more expensive

I think all of that pee under your van is going to attract rodents and cockroaches. -- I'd rather carry a jug away from the van and empty it a distance away.
An absolute beast of a build. A murphy bed could help get even more room. But thats personal preference. First time i saw a kitchen placed that way. Perfect!

Re pee tube: You’re peeing right out into parking lots?! I’m full time van life and find this appalling. Even in the wilderness, why in blazes would you pour your raw fresh pee underneath your house?!!! Gobsmacked. Disgusting. What happened to digging a hole? Really.
