Martha. Your doing really well . We all take tumbles and it does knock your confidence and being tired doesn't help . I'm exactly the same and as I've said before. I'm 54 years old and I started greenlaning when I was 17 years old . You have nothing to prove take it steady and don't be worried if you have to say . I need to stop greenlaning today and rest . Its not failure. Its knowing your limits. Take care mate

Martha, please don't push yourself as hard as you are. Mitch is a great rider, but he wasn't 2 months after he started riding. As with everything in life, you have to learn to walk before you can run. Some off road riding is fine, but what you two are doing would tax a lot of experienced riders and ALL new riders. Going for 100 greuling miles per day is 5 times more than what Martha should be doing with such little experience. I hope you reel it in and develope your skills at a slower pace so that you develope the confidence you'll need instead of anxiety, a fear of riding, and possible serious injury. Love you guys, love your channel, but hope you'll rethink your pace. ❤Lauren

That is way to hard of trails to be on that new to the sport. Besides the skill required, it takes time to build the muscle and endurance to pound over roacks like that. I would have been shocked if you weren't crashing. Rocky trails are hard, much less steep rocky ones. Add in exhaustion...

Being knackered never helps even for the most experienced bikers. You're doing really well, Martha. With time you'll learn to look much further ahead when you're riding and not so much just in front of you or at your front wheel. Excellent videos again guys.

I am a life long motorcyclist, ex motorcycle instructor, lots of Trackday training, off road school etc etc. Mate, she's only just passed her test and you are pushing her way too hard, a lot of experienced riders would struggle with what you're putting her through. You can hear the way she is breathing....Holding your breath through fear, then almost hyperventilating after with relief that you survived is not good or an enjoyable way to learn. You'r gonna put her off bikes for life...

Well done Martha. You are getting more better can hear the difference in the clutch ect. It's just going to come down to building more time on some trails and learn along the way. What works and doesn't for you every rider styles are completely different. You will get there. Like the old saying if you fall off that horse get right back on it. Massive difference from when you first started try using your back brake more on the downhills to keep your front loose to move about and keep a semi loose grip on the handlebars so you don't fatigue your arms grip the bike with the legs you'll get there and he's there every step of the way. Keep fucking smashing them trails

I get days like that, had one the other day, some of which is recorded in my recent upload, also locked myself out the house too 😂, had to wait for the missus coming home, so don't knock yourself for it Martha, everyone has days like it, however keep an eye on those wrists, could easily be a fractured scaphoid, happened to me a couple of year ago, took a day or two till I knew something wasn't right and then went to hospital, btw I'm still learning off road and it ain't easy, so good on ya for doing it so soon after passing your test, keep the videos coming both of you, looking forward to the next one 👍 .....I just want to say something about the other comments, no one is getting pushed too hard in these videos, Mitch has offered to stop on a few occasions now & asking if she is okay, I'm pretty sure Martha would say enough is enough if she wanted to, they did go off track eventually, so saying Mitch is controlling is bang out of order, Martha can speak & decide for herself if she felt pressured, I don't see it in these videos, however it's the usual on social media, someone has to bring up some rubbish about something over nothing, Martha, Mitch keep doing what your doing 👍

I bet if you were to do the same trail in a months time you'd smash it because you know what you are up against, I always try and chill for 5 minures once I've had an off, calm down then restart.... shorter off road riding times helps also... peanut butter and honey wraps.... i shouldnt knock it I suppose 😂 rest up and continue, very enjoyable.

Tiredness makes a transfer of strain from the bike onto yourself. Martha will probably do that trail again and wonder what all the difficulty was about. This trip was probably too much at this point. A 3 hour ride for one day only is plenty at this stage. I agree that the clutch issue is only a confidence issue whereby Martha needs to leave the clutch disengaged and allow the bottom end torque to do the work and to maintain momentum. That will come in time.
