I see you've had a couple of comments from people who don't like the Bike content. Well, I'm just letting you know that I'm here BECAUSE OF the Bike content. I've been watching since Martha's first learning to ride vid and she's done and is still doing really well.😊 She has a right to be proud of herself and the more she rides the better she'll be but definitely try to get some proper off road training in order to eliminate any bad habits that might be forming.

I noticed your van & trailer at the top of Sir William Hill this morning, welcome to the area. We love watching your channel. We had Tom Cruise filming the new Mission Impossible film just over the valley the other year but his stuff is no where near as good as yours. Hope you have a great time, looking forward to seeing what you get up to on the bikes. Ride safe.

You are coming along great Martha, and with Mitch as a mentor you both work well together. I didn't notice a hitch lock on the trailer (not for whilst driving). Any bike with nobbles on is a target for thieves. I know you guys are doing van life, but for the sake of £25 whilst with the bikes, it may be worth considering booking on a site for that extra peace of mind. Enjoying the green laning. Lots of people doing van life and it gets boring, as they are two a penny, but this slant on the bikes gives another dimension and enables you to differentiate from the others. Don't forget to add the search tags for green laning, the name of your motorcycles etc. Not sure it is right to free wheel down the hills with the clutch pulled in. Better to be in lower gear, let the engine break and retain control. Note: trailers get stolen too, not just bikes.

When it comes to riding motorcycles off road you have to learn to keep going basically you can’t just bail out when you want, no matter the circumstances, it is not easy to do but you gotta force it. Definitely need more security on the trailer, as far as I know bike theft is quite common in the UK, double or triple lock everything and put locks on the rear wheels of the bikes as this makes it a lot harder to just push the bike. Best thing for wet boots is to pack the boots with newspaper, it absorbs the water very well and there is never anything interesting in the papers anyway. Safe travels 👍

Stick a couple of AirTags disguised with electrical tape in the trailer ( I put mine in the lights) , could save you a bit of pain in the future. Also led lights on trailers are a god send. I always double the lights needed which buys you time when the invariably play up

Martha you done marvellous, love to see the trailer , something I wish to do soon too. Martha to reduce your anxiety, and calm your breathing a very effective fast way is called box breath, breath in 4 secs, hold breath 4 secs, then , hold breath 4 seconds . continue doing this for at least 2 minutes . Your breath is the first thing which changes when anxious, stressed upset, so when we take control of our breath we get back in control of how we feel, follow the shape of a box, do this two minutes before riding and when you start to feel anxious.

Just a comment about wet boots. There are all kinds of boot Dryers available and they are not that expensive. You just plug the in and they are dry in a few hours! Martha you are doing really well. I suspect you guys are on more of a Dual Sport tire so riding in the mud and lanes like you have is a little more of a challenge in terms of traction. Keep at it, Mitch is a really nice riding partner and maybe you will find your self on an Off Road training program some time soon. All in, have fun! BTW, falling down is all part of the fun, oh getting muddy too! You guys are awesome!!!!!

Love your videos guys - Martha, you make me want to be even more adventurous! Do you mind me asking what camera you use for your main vlogging? I know you ordered a new one a while back. Can’t wait to see more of your adventures!

Speaking as a biker since 1988 i can tell you 100% the fact that your on tip toes on that bike is gong to lead to a lot of falling off you would be better off upgearing a road legal trials bike , some people just cant ride anythingthey want to im 250lb and 5"11 even i cant offroad on a full height bike ( boughta full hight trials bike last year had it a week it was usless offroad google montesa cota 4 ride) even that was to tall for me ! and i have what 11 stone and 8 inches on Martha ? PS the axe . i was a custom knife maker for a few years ( im a blacksmith by trade) carry it outside of a rucksack strapped in plain sight , if you have an excuse to carry it your are less likley to get in trouble if its NOT concealed.

Have you got a chain between your trailer and the tow ball bracket ? It’s really easy to unhook and drive away with the trailer with the bikes in Martha, you’re doing amazing, I started riding off road last summer and you’re ahead of me.

Heads up. You need to get locks on your trailer, a wheel clamp, chuck a chain through the other wheel, get a hitch lock on it too, if you leave a trailer unlocked anywhere, it will vanish. Trust me, I have a a similar set up and I lock the trailer up even leaving it at a service station for 5 mins. Trust no one!!!

We’ve done a lot of the security measure that you and others have mentioned in the comments we just didn’t want to showcase it much in the video just for safety reasons but we’ve done as much as we can to make it as safe as possible.
