I have swelling, swan-like deformities, Heberden's Nodes, and arthritis, and I need to use a walker to walk and have a power chair. My results came back RF Factor 47, Anti CCP 23 as a weak positive and the ANA came back negative. Years ago, I had the tests, but I was walking, and they said it was "unremarkable," but since then, I have been so much worse.

I did find this video very helpful. I am on a years long discovery of what my issues are, how they effect my functioning and how to manage them (RA, Fibromyalgia and Adhd etc., etc). I've just recently started to wonder if I may have chronic fatigue because, with great disappointment, I've become less energetic and more fatigued over the past 10 years (I was more active when I just had chronic pain) I'm starting to not be able to remain awake throughout the day or sleep at night. It's very overwhelming because im not able to keep up with my nieces, nephews and other family and friends as I was able to before. And engaging in activities that give me great joy and fulfillment has dropped dramatically. But apparently according to a lot of other people, there isnt anything wrong with me. And I can't seem to find a doctor that will pay attention to how the fibro and all other issues effects my life. I'm discovering more and this video has added to my knowledge, helping me to try to find other avenues to take so i won't feel like a prisoner with no life. Thank you 👍

It took 10 years and countless doctors, drugs, IMRs...I have been through hell and gaslighted just because I was false negative, but had all the hallmarks of RA. Last year I flare up so badly that this time they could no longer deny. And for sure they got all the numbers they wanted and beyond. As for me almost unable to walk because it affected my feet badly.

Thank you for posting these videos! I was diagnosed with ra in November and unfortunately, my dr wants to move towards biologics. I’ve already pushed it off twice now because I’ve panicked. Lol. I know at this next appointment, I need to make a decision, but it’s pretty terrifying right now.

Thank you for breaking this down. That helps me understand what my rheumatologist is working towards now. Had Ana panel done last year at my pcp, all was negative and within healthy ranges, so sent on my way. Joint pain and bone pain has been consistent for 2 1/2 years, didn’t understand why. So assumed it was due to possibly fibro alone. Finally saw rheumatologist for the first time last week, and he suspects poly arthritis - inflammatory arthritis, concerning seronegative rheumatoid arthritis right now. Was so confused, since my Ana panels came back normal. Then he put me on a lot of medicines to start out, methotrexate being one. Sorry for the word vomit, just processing this all out in my head. This is super helpful to understand a bit better now, as we start the next phase of figuring out if anything else is going on; or just fibro. ❤

I'm curious why you are looping them together. Is it just because they are the same class of biologics or because they are very similar in mechanism of action? My rheumy was thinking about switching me from Humira to Enbrel so this had me wondering. If they are that similar, just a different frequency, that would be good. If they had different mechanisms, I'd be more hesitant.

I appreciate your good videos on ESA animals. The comments are turned off for those videos😮 If you don't move into a new apartment, and nothing has changed. Do you have to get a new ESA letter again, when you renew your rent? I cannot find that information on the Pet screening website. The property management company just refers me to petscreening website 😤 Thanks 👍
