Love your video. I have Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. You cannot possibly explain to anyone what it feels like to have chronic fatigue. Most people just think that you are tired. Just getting out of bed, or having a shower is totally exhausting and we need to rest after it. It is totally draining. Thank you for your tips. You have such a bubbly personality. I agree that you have to stay as positive as possible. I try to distract myself as much as possible. I have been in chronic pain for over thirty years. I am now 77 and do struggle every day to have some sort of Normal life. I am so very lucky to have wonderful friends, neighbors and children who support me. Fibro has been difficult on them also as I am not the same person I once was, and cannot always participate in the things they would like me to. I still try to make plans for the future, places to go and. Things to do. I just booked 3 nights in a small resort. I know it will be difficult getting ready to go, but I am looking ahead of that where I will be able to swim in a nice warm pool once or twice a day. Treat myself to some nice meals, and just relax. Just being in different surroundings can help a little. You have to give yourself something to look forward to and to work towards. I took a 16 week Mindfullness Seminar, 1 full day a week a few years ago and It was fabulous. They gave us tools to calm ourselves, meditation, deep breathing exercises, very gentle yoga sitting in a chair. It was quite Spiritual (not religious)., and we did a lot of fun things like watching funny tv shows. To make us laugh. I Would love to revisit it, but they no longer offer the same one in my town anymore. I find gentle swimming is my best friend. I literally have to force myself to get ready in the morning and drive to the pool, but once I get there it feels wonderful. The water is just so gentle and relaxing. Even if you can’t swim, just walking and moving in the water really helps. I feel so good after and it does give me me a little more energy, even for a short time. Thank you for all your insight and positive thoughts. Hope you are having a pain free day. Big hugs, ❤️🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦

Hi, thank you for sharing your experience and insight! It's a powerful reminder for me. I find meditation, deep breathing, and being outside super helpful. I love the water too, something about rain and air is so energizing for me. Love and hugs 🌺

I have started dividing things into two different categories - "things I can do something about" and "things I can't do anything about". It's very helpful in this day and age where the media is bombarding us with one horror show after the other. For example, the corona virus, the situation in Ukraine, bad things happening locally in different part of the world, the environment crisis, the list goes on and on. There simply isn't a person alive that has the energy to care deeply about all those issues and no one should be expected to either, that would be unhealthy and unrealistic. So, I ration my energy and focus on things that I can actually impact and that will be beneficial either to me or somebody I care about, like planting something that will grow in my garden, taking a walk with someone, listening to a friend who need support, or teaching my elderly mother a new computer skill. Those are small everyday things that I can actually do that will have an impact on either me or somebody else. The big issues simply cannot be changed by me alone, so I don't waste time stressing over them like they're my personal responsibility. They aren't. Sure, you can contribute to help people in many different ways, but nobody benefits from you worrying about things that you cannot influence by yourself alone. Put those in the mental "things I can't do anything about" box, simply acknowledge their existence and leave them there. Help if you can and have the means to, but don't stress over things you cannot change.

I appreciate your good videos on ESA animals. The comments are turned off for those videos😮 If you don't move into a new apartment, and nothing has changed. Do you have to get a new ESA letter again, when you renew your rent? I cannot find that information on the Pet screening website. The property management company just refers me to petscreening website 😤 Thanks 👍

Hi I am glad you are on this topic. I experience fatigue a lot. I had joint pain as a child and it's getting worst as I grow older doctors are assuming that it's rheumatoid.

Great video! Could you share a good place to get authentic stones from? I am looking online but there are so many that seem good and it's hard to know for sure which ones offer the best products. Thank you!
