TIMP MAP:
0:00 Why's good sleep so important?
1:04 Step 0 (Empowering morning routine)
3:25 Step 1 (Choose a settle down time before your bedtime)
5:19 Step 2 (Optimize your sleep enivronment & examples)
12:27 Step 3 ( Let your thoughts race, but lower the volume)
15:18 Step 4 (Become present in your body & the moment)
The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle was (and is) very helpful to becoming present. I found Jeffrey Allen's work is helpful too.

Very grateful for your videos.. I’m currently in the process of finding out if I have RA/fibromyalgia , which I feel like I do for the most part. I def have anxiety so I pretty much relate to you so much. Thank you for what you do, I don’t feel alone 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I’m currently looking for a another job to and funny enough I saw an option of health coaching and I really wanted for use social media content to reach people too!!! Thank you for real and please continue to do what you’re doing, God bless

Glad it was helpful 🌺 I had the same problem. I thought it was either my bladder or the fibromyalgia waking me up. I learned the liver and adrenal stuff from working with Dr. Michael Izquierdo. He talks about this more in his book, The Pain & Instability Solution.

I know that you mostly discuss RA but can you do a video on PsA? I was currently diagnosed with PsA.
