How I Immensely Lowered my Rheumatoid Factor in Less than 1 Year

My rheumatoid factor went from over 700 to 78 in less than a year, plus a major improvement in symptoms when meds alone were not working. Here's what I did.

This is my second favorite video! I love it! You give me so much hope. Dr's say autoimmune diseases are very hard to treat, so i walk out of my doctor's office with my head down and i feel lost, lonely and depressed. Listening to you in this video brough so much hope and hope is sometimes all we need to keep pushing forward. ❤

I can so relate to what you said. I feel like healthcare providers mean well when they talk about how these conditions can be hard to treat but sometimes I wonder if it would be more helpful to see how the person's condition responds first before telling that to people. I feel like starting out with saying how hard these conditions are to treat can sometimes mentally set an expectation for failure in people which can impact how they respond to treatment.

I want to be clear that I am not suggesting that you just stop your meds and stop following your providers' recommendations. I used these tools and self-healing in combination with the medical treatment that I was still on before I started weaning off some of my meds. If you have any questions about this, don't hesitate to reach out to your doctor and consult with your own intuition :) This video is simply me sharing what worked for me personally.
