    My anxiety level has definitely increased in the past two years. I finally have a therapy session on Thursday afternoon (gave up trying to get one of the mental health counselors for school district staff to contact me to schedule an appt so found one that takes me insurance). I need to get back to feeling like I have some control over my anxiety at least. I may not have much control over flares, but I can add tools to help me cope and handle stressors that used to not bother me. I am also getting imaging on my lymph nodes in my neck and thyroid on Wednesday after work. I feel like the powdered magnesium I started taking a week ago is helping my GI move things along. Not really sure about the vitamin D3 supplement, I think I need to take it for more than a week.

    Hi Dee, my doctor says I’m obese my IBM is 35 and I should be 30 and below. That has put me in a funk and I’m trying not to go back to binging and purging. Help me pls!!

    I was giving too much to other people and was a lot of stress for me as well as trauma
