Flaxseed oil (ALA), pycnogenol, and gotu kola (Arterial Protect) - have been shown to not only stabilize plaque, but to prevent progression and even reverse it according to the latest clinical trials. There are others as well such as 10,000FU daily of Nattokinase along with K2 in the form of MK-7 and MK-4. Check with your physician to see if you are a good candidate to take any of these natural supplements.

Five years ago my LAD artery was diagnosed with cent percent occlusion. The Doctor advised against both Stenting or Bypass because the Artery was super thin ,i was told. Since then I am on oral medication and my very recent tests showed an Ejection Fraction of 66% . It's not that I am normal.I have off and on chest pain which terrifies me of a possible doom, luckily I am alive! Can the Doctor or someone here share some inputs about this condition. Thanks.

I have read reports that the difficult to digest calcium carbonate found in most vitamin tablets, huilds up in the arteries. On the other hand, the more expensive calcium citrate is more easily absorbed and is not as likely to result in calcium deposits on the blood vessel walls.

Dr Pradip! Your opinion please. I had 3 cac tests in the last 3 years. All were 0. I had 3 ekg's all normal. I had 2 echocardigrams all normal with 65% ejection fraction. 2 stress tests both normal. Blood pressure is great at a constant 108/65 on average. Homocysteine and hs-crp great very low. I'm on a low carb keto program with no processed foods or seed oils. I have very low lp(a). Like most lmhr on keto my ldl is high at 180 but my triglycerides are very low at 65 and my hdl is 71. My Hba1c is low at 4.9 because I don't have much sugar if at all. Metabolically I feel great with a 31 inch waist 5'6 150lbs. I was 210 before the lifestyle change. My main concern for all the testing and worry was because of previous pvc issues which are almost all gone now that I stopped caffeine and let my extremely stressful job. The latest issue I have had is I run and jog everyday up this super steep hill about 1 mile and now I can only fast walk it and as I get to the top I feel this pressure in my throat and kind of chest area like it might be angina. It always happens when I get to the top. Once I get to the top and stop it goes away in minutes. My Cardiologist said could be angina but unlikely with all my test results. I had another cardio echo and it was normal so now my Dr is thinks nothing is wrong in a cardiac perspective. Many have suggested it may be heartburn or ulcer but it really feels like my heart or arteries. It just doesn't feel right. Any suggestions?

13:30 **50% reduction in cardiovascular death & 25% reduction in death from all causes with daily K2 intake (in diet) of > 32mcg! [Rotterdam Study >55yo, thousands of patients, followed for 8 years]. Wow. [Not mentioned how accurate the K2 intakes were believed to be, ie if dependent on people estimating their intake of all foods for 8 yrs - would presumably be hard to do reliably.]

Oxidation is really important. It accelerates plaque formation. Inflammation and lifestyle causes all diseases. Parasympathetic learn how to hack, adrenaline causes clots. Look for high FFR on CT angio , otherwise it’s not too late to die with your plague and not from your plague. Stents change your future and future options. Prebiotics, manage insulin, nutrition, and parasympathetic. Ps 6 day yoga breathing challenge and whole foods challenge anyone ? Do your best ❤ I gave my father CPR for more than 30 minutes many years ago. His fatal heart attack came after he received stents and was released from rehab. Within 72 hours of his release, I lost him. I’ll never forget how hard I fought for him. I’ll never forget the many failures. I can do nothing else, but learn from the experience and listen to those who are wiser than me. It’s never too late to change habits.

"Then comes the hard part." Yes. Lifestyle change. VERY difficult. I had my mitral valve replaced two years ago. I'm now 66. I can't say that I've been great at the lifestyle change (just OK), although I've definitely gotten myself in much better physical condition, and I feel really good. But yeah... external factors like stress and anger are hard to control, and I still struggle there. But I am trying to be more mindful of these things. Thank you for this video, Dr. Jamnadas.

Mindfulness is the beginning. Know your triggers. Feel your body and thoughts. Then box breathe or alternate nostril breath to reset sympathetic and parasympathetic. Learn to be conscious is the beginning. Your muscles and respiratory system communicate through the largest network of nerves called the Vagus Nerve. Breathing can retrain your entire nervous system to become less triggered. Practice with minor irritations or tension to reset your state of being. You can do it! There will always be problems, but the goal is to not trip your wiring so to speak and avoid flipping the sympathetic switch on. This used to be called new age stuff, yoga breathing etc, but it scientifically proven. You can access your vagus nerve through breathing, humming, or singing. There is a method called, Sa Ta Na Ma Meditation it is scientifically proven to reduce blood pressure immediately. If humming or singing feels weird, just learn a couple basic breathing techniques for the parasympathetic nervous system . Our bodies truly don’t know the difference between mental and physical stress. The inputs are up to you and awareness is the beginning of taking control over your biology.

My grandmother had multiple stents but survived to 96. My mother has a couple of stents and is nearly 80. My.doctor just did a full physical and im at a less than 3% chance of developing heart disease. I'm 57 and have been following this docs online advice for several years. Im in excellent shape...and never had any covid shots. Friends my age are all in poor health and 3 have died in the last 2 years but they won't listen to my advice because they view me as an antivaxer and therefore not worth listening to. I have had multiple vaccinations . Just not the mrna gene therapy. Who is laughing now? Not laughing because its really not funny.

I have Aortic Stenosis, Interstitial Pulmonary Fibrosis, DDD, Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis, Hypoxia, High BP, I had an anterior Myocardial Infarction show up on an ECG and a broken hip. Can any of this be reversed by what you have shared in this video please or is it too late, I am 77? Should I just prepare to die? I do hope you will respond to this question as I do realize how busy you are. Many thanks.

LOOK UP THE STUDY ON NATTOKINAISE, which taken at 12000FU a day makes the red cells not stick, thins it, lowers a bit the hypertension, improved the lipids and other benefic effects. Fasting, eating unprocessed, gym and walking, as well as good sleep and MANAGING STRESS and Ozempic in my case have made a HUGE difference after my quintuple bypass in 2021. My cardiologist tapered me off Metorpolol which did nothing good for me but was placed on as SOP by the system. Beta-blockers will kill you faster, just look at the studies that show how they wreck your lipids, worsen your glycemia, increasing your visceral fat and worsen your diabetes or give you diabetes. DO NOT take statins for 1st prevention, studies show they'll do NOTHING to prevent it. Even for secondry prevention they do so little it's debatable if one should poison their mitochondria with them etc.
