Thank u Chuck Norris 😂
Excellent
Great explanation
💯
How often should some one trying to improve thoracic and shoulder mobility perform these exercises?
Thanks
suggest cultivating exhale on exertion despite being able to do the opposite. every exercise is a breathing exercise
only 15 min into it... feels like an infomercial... loool. was recommended Gray by a colleague. maybe i'll check out different stuff
Thanks
Brilliant! Thank you!

Where can I find the rest of this discussion?
It’s from the movement podcast where Perry is a guest on. Great podcast general, This was a great episode in particular
@@C-Dub1906 Thank you ☺️
time flew by! interesting stuff! big 6 is awesome, just started my anti parasitic self treatment. Black walnut husk, Absynth, activated charcoal, keto diet. Im gonna add daily big 6, im generally healthy but i love to be ahead of the curve
Excellent interview - learnt a ton!
I like to include somatic exercises in my warm up to calm the system down so that the subsequent mobility exercises have better range of motion.
If you laser massage other things, but nervous system is still dysregulated...you still will never recover.
We would have some much less health problems if we used this information. Amazing no allopathic doctors ever talk about lymphatic drainage. I heard a few naturopaths talk about it a long time ago but that’s all. Thanks for doing this podcast!
Thank you
'In the SFMA, we start with standing and take you to the floor because it's medically proper.' Can you please explain this statement? Why is it reversed from fms.?
What about with bad knees
What's the name of the doctor, at 1:58?
Great content , this was great. But have you ever heard about traditional equipments Used in fitness practice , if yes then tell us which equipment you know about👍
He got invited on this show to listen to irrelevant nonsensical idiomatic self referencing
Thanks a lot Gray! Can't thank you enough.
The video should have been clearer - it doesn't talk about the exact change. Just to confirm, to get a 2, how much compensation I make in terms of loosing balance (but not touching hands/feet) or moving my pelvis in one direction doesn't matter, right?
I've a question - babies learn from failure, and we as adults also have some reserve built into us; like you said. So, after underoing a FMS screen, shouldn't we still include some of exercises we have been doing, if its pain free and not too strenous on our body? (muscular endurance and sprinting in my case) While ofcourse working on correcting our dysfunctions based on the screen.
Can you share how to start on these? As in, someobody who has okayish balance and coordination, they should try to do lighter weights first for as much time as possible?
Isn't mobility and flexibility also different? One is active range of motion and the other is passive? Also, can you clarify difference between mobility and motor control by giving an example?
Very intelligent and simple idea! Will try it out!
I have questions about peroneal tendons and how help correct this imbalance. Having issues is it the shoes or something else?
$75 per month to use the app though 🫣
Thanks, great stuff.

Sorry - should be fixed
You don't have to Hug a Brand to embrace a Concept - wise words from a wise man. Respect 🙏🙏🙏
Fácil e prático. ❤
Thanks!
I’ve learned over time that if you really want to fix an issue in your body, you have to fix the whole thing, not just the area that hurts.
Genius. They don't focus on getting down and back up for rehab, falling, or joint replacements
I literally just pulled out my Movement FMS book 👍
You can do the chops while at the top of a bridge maybe?
another good session, even for confirming that some progressions and challenges are on the same track as others are using
I ❤ your Whiteboard talks Grey!
Loved this conversation! Thank you. Just begin!
God bless 🙏🏼
would this fix a lateral pelvic tilt and/or rotation?
This guy somehow cons celebrities into paying him money, to do bullshit meaningless exercises that are not effective at all.
Fantastic discussion
