Quadruped Chop and Lift Exercises

Being in the suspended spine position is a place where we often don't use the chop and lift - but we should. It is a great position to challenge stability instead of just doing bird dog exercises. Please be sure that your client is using the proper form and not performing a "flat" movement of more side to side. Often extending the opposite hip can help bring more stability from the bottom up during this exercise.
