  Where are the Singer Sew Machine ads & demos??? the Singer ad demo stitch close-ups are an added bonus to 4-StarPH. The ads compiled/posted in themselves would be a great, great posting for today's Boomer quilters and the younger newbies, showing the fabric's textures and the ease of mastering the many versatile stitches that can be used for small or large quilting & other home sewing projects or artwork....even stitched by the kids.

  I was hardly 2 years old when I watched this every evening with my sister's , apparently we are 4 sisters as well and I am the youngest one , i have always been attached to this charming tale ,i am 24 now and today I completed the first part "little women" haven't watched any movie yet and I realised it has more parts so got saved from spoilers , ps: everytime we talk about this show we still each other by these names btw I am Amy ❤haha

  Man, Paglia is a fool. It's crazy that she has any respect through the 2020s considering how farcical her judgement has been revealed to be. I quite like Glittering Images and Sexual Personae, but her social commentary was almost always wrong. IS that enough funding for public schools Paglia? Will blacks finally reach their potential? Are white women still victimizing innocent blacks who just need resources and opportunities? Also, in retrospect, it's off putting how hard she tries to play into the "Snarly Spice" image. I love confidence, especially in intellectual superiority, but for how poor her judgement was in the 90s, she looks horrible here.

  That generation live long lives. My dad is a Korean War Purple Heart and Medal of Honor recipient. He’ll turn 94 in May’24. My mom is also 87 years old and they are both VERY strong and healthy. However, I’m going to take exception to your “more respectful time.” comment. My dad is African American and served with great bravery, but once he stepped onto U.S. soil after refusing to go home and continue to fight after a bomb exploded near his knee- he caught the bus home from the Philadelphia Naval Base and was told he would have to sit in the back of the PTC bus. Of course he refused, and no one had the courage to move him because of his size. So your “more respectful time” statement is relative to a person’s color. That was in 1955. He spent 37 more years in the national guard and army reserve AFTER all of that and received many, many more awards. He was the FIRST Black man to run the Pennsylvania NCO school and did so honorably for three(3) years and was forced into retirement in 1992. Even during those years, he still had to fight racism directed at him in the military. Fortunately, he loved the US Army so much that he fought those battles and won and was backed up by military brass in Washington D.C. He still loves the US Army but hates what the country is becoming……a bastion and safe haven for those who hate.
