Jungle Taitei Opening Theme
Фильм және анимация
This is the opening credits sequence of the Japanese TV series, "Jungle Emperor" (aka 'Jungle Taitei,' 1965-66), the first color animated TV series made in Japan. It was imported to the U.S. in 1966 and dubbed in English as "Kimba the White Lion." It was produced by Osamu Tezuka, who wrote and drew the manga series (1950-54) this was based on. The music is by Isao Tomita.

I love this! Haven't seen the opening for Jungle Emperor until now as I never actually watched it - only Kimba and Leo. There's something so special about these cartoons--the music and colours used to portray Africa, and the emotions that they create.
