Retired New York City Police Detective James Rothstein has stated publicly that convicted Watergate burglar and CIA agent Frank Sturgis admitted to him in private that he was one of two shooters on the grassy knoll. Rothstein had been a member of a select police investigative unit and had personally arrested Sturgis when he arrived at the home of ex CIA agent Marita Lorenz with the intent to murder her. Lorenz had given testimony in a trial indicating that she was present when E. Howard Hunt gave Sturgis a large envelope of cash at a motel in Dallas the night before the assassination and that Sturgis had bragged to her about what he had done the following day in Dealy Plaza. Rothstein also corroborates the story that in 1971 Frank Sturgis gave Cardinal Cooke in New York City a full written confession of his, and others, role in shooting JFK in Dallas. Rothstein said this written confession was read to him. For this story NOT to be true means that this highly decorated and respectable police detective would be LYING. If Sturgis had a team of shooters in Dealey Plaza it means that the hit was done with the involvement of the CIA and the Mafia, It also fully explains Watergate, as it all happened because of the fear that the JFK conspiracy would be exposed and it would bring Nixon down, as HE was the one who was running ALL the CIA assassinations....foreign AND domestic.....since his time as vice president under Eisenhower. The altering of JFK's wounds and the cover up of evidence indicating multiple shooters was done at the direction of Bobby Kennedy himself, as he had been FOOLED by the CIA into thinking that Castro killed JFK using Oswald, who was actually a part of RFK's secret team to overthrow Castro on December 1st, 1963. RFK and all the top officials believed in secret that if the public knew that Castro got JFK FIRST, before he himself was killed by the Kennedys, World War Three would erupt with Russia if the U.S. attacked Cuba in revenge. RFK KNEW who Oswald was and never thought that HE would be a Castro infiltrator because he was an American ex - marine and under control of the FBI. RFK was MORE worried about the Cubans on his secret team.....if any of them were an infiltrator the presidents life could be in danger. When JFK was shot, Bobby was crushed immediately by guilt, thinking HE was responsible for provoking Castro to do this murder of his brother. Bobby LATER realized he had been FOOLED when he saw the telephone records of Jack Ruby who had spoken repeatedly to every major mobster in Chicago just prior to the assassination. If the Kennedys actually believed that Castro used Oswald to kill JFK, President Obama would NOT be in Cuba tonight as I write this......Obama could NOT have become president without the help of Caroline Kennedy, her endorsement, and the help of the Kennedy family. This all means that the Kennedys KNOW it was the CIA who did it.....the only question is HOW FAR up the totem pole does the guilt go ?? Does it include Allen Dulles, who JFK fired, along with Richard Bissel and the BROTHER of the Dallas mayor, General Cabell ?? Does it include George H.W. Bush , who was FRIENDS with George DeMohrenschildt, who took care of Oswald and his wife in Dallas AND who placed CIA man George Joannides as "liason" between the CIA and House Select Committee on Assassinations in the 1970s ?? Joannides had RUN for the CIA the very group SUSPECTED in hating JFK and possibly KILLING him, the " Cuban Student Directorate",or, "DRE", as it was called. I can accept mafia involvement for possibly ordering Ruby to kill Oswald, but the evidence for the actual shooting of JFK all points to Oswald. JFK was working with the CIA to kill Castro, which ostensibly means the mob wouldn't want that arrangement endangered by killing the President. So, they kill Oswald because he makes mafia operations all but impossible, just by the amount of press and official investigations happening.

Whether I agree or disagree with each of the interviewees, I appreciate the civil way in which the discussion is being handled and moderated. People aren't talking over each other constantly or making faces or shouting or pointing fingers like you see so much today. There's obviously some animosity among the people on the panel, but they're still able to be civil and give each other the time to make their overall cases without interruption.

Dick Russell said "I don't believe a single word". John Cooper disagreed with many conclusions, Hale Boggs was a vocal opponent who later died in a plane crash. All were Warren Comission members. Add Bogg's name to about 150 material witnesses that ended up dead. Anyone that defended the Warren Comission was a stooge.

If you read Oswald lookalike Larry Crafard's Warren Commission testimony he is asked about the names and phone numbers in his noteback (calls he answered and wrote their names and numbers) and Jack Ruby's notebook some of the names mentioned here are the same. Crafard lived at the Carousel niteclub while he worked there for 6-8 weeks. He conveniently said he was asleep when JFK was killed. He skipped town next day 23rd November. Black assistant manager of the Carousel Club Andy Armstrong told Crafard that Ruby knew JD TIPPIT and that Oswald had been in the niteclub.

It had to be televised due to the conspiracy rumours already gathering pace. They needed to brainwash people early on. He had to die because they had him for nearly 2 days and questioned him, yet no notes or record of his interviews/interrogation were made or kept..... He was blamed for murder without proof and killed on TV to stop the whole trial and investigation.

The weakness in this entire presentation is that they don't explain how these people persuaded Oswald to commit the assassination. The insinuation is that they wound him up somehow without directly threatening him. However, winding up a crazy person to take a shot at the president is a low percentage play.

Ruby was stalking Oswald since he was arrested, there are pictures of him in the police headquarters, in the press conference, bringing sandwiches, calling people. I think he was stalking Oswald.. However, they were late bringing LHO down to the basement. Two minutes earlier, Ruby would not have been there. Now how would Ruby have known the exactly right time to be there? That seems to be a coincidence.

Chris, the body was moved to Air Force #2 and operated on. The local authorities were in on the plot. The plan was to have the limo make a turn in front of DalTex and almost come to a complete stop (edited out of Zapruter film).

I do not understand. If it was a conspiracy, then why would Ruby, gangster to the core, shot Oswald, knowing that he could be shot by the police at the scene or that he would be arrested and spend the rest of his life in jail.

if jack ruby believed himself that he wasn't involved in a conspiracy than it will not show that he was lying but the corruption that went on then who knows if the person doing the polygraph test was in the conspiracy as well jack ruby was stalking Oswald and it is plain to see it wasn't a spare of the moment thing.

This is a one sided documentary at best. The mafia's involvement in the jfk assassination is jack ruby and it stops there. There were things happening that were well out of the realm of possibilities for the mafia. Things the mafia can't do. 1. They cannot call the army base in ft. Sam Houston and tell the unit commander his troops were not needed for security in Dallas for jfk. 2. They cannot have the parade route altered to make the motorcade drive by the Texas book depository. 3. They cannot send colonel fletcher prouty to Antarctica as a guide for a bunch of VIPs to stop him performing his regular duty of arranging military security for the president in Dallas. 4. They cannot make the entire telephone system in Washington to black out for a solid hour after jfk was shot. 5. They cannot order 1/5 of the combat division returning home from Germany to be in the air on planes above Texas during the assassination. 6. The mafia cannot remove Kennedys body from Texas (which is illegal) and move him to Washington dc. 7. They cannot order the Lincoln continental limousine Kennedy died in to be immediately rebuilt and cleaned. (Removing vital forensic evidence in the process.) Harold norman confirmed that Oswald brought him an order , he said he remembered this because Oswald was an order filler and he (norman ) was an order checker . norman said this was about 30 minutes before the motorcade was SUPPOSED to pass by , the motorcade should have passed by in and around 12.15 meaning that Oswald brought the order down to the 1st floor to norman around 11.45 am . a few minutes later he was seen on the 1st floor by his boss bill shelly at 11.50am , shortly after that givens said he saw Oswald in the lunchroom at 11.50 reading the paper . at midday eddie piper saw and spoke with Oswald on the 1st floor . piper said Oswald old him either that he was going OUT to eat or UP to eat . it seems he went UP as Carolyn Arnold while traveling downstairs in order to go out and see jfk with two other ladies stopped off at the 2nd floor lunchroom and said Oswald was in there alone eating in a booth . she said it was 12.15pm or a little later , the ladies that were with her confirmed the time . so according to witnesses Oswald left the 6th floor and went down stairs about 11.45 am and was only seen after that point by employees on low floors , that is the 1st and second floors up to 12.15 pm plus . the 12.10 time came from the FBI . bonny ray Williams was on the 6th floor , there was no way around that . so the FBI tried to assert that Williams left the 6th floor as early as 12.05 but no later than 12.10 , which is a provable nonsense . but they needed Oswald in the 6th floor and Williams off of it . leaving enough time for boxes to be moved to build the snipers nest and also so that Oswald had the 6 or 7 minutes required to assemble the rifle . the fbi needs became priority over the truth . Williams in testimony said he was up there on the 6th floor till about 12.20 pm . he was reasonably accurate as we shall see . norman and jarmin had arranged to meet Williams SO HE THOUGHT ANYWAY up on the 6th floor , as the view was better . they were actually down on elm street in the crowd . they and other witnesses heard on a police motorcycle radio that the motorcade had just turned on to Houston (edit this should have been turned onto main street ) , so jfk was quite close now . police radio transcripts help us pin down that time to shortly after 12.20pm . at that point norman and jarmin ran around back of the depository and took the elevator up to the 5th floor , they arrived about 5 minutes before the motorcades arrived on elm . shortly there after Williams arrived on the 5th floor probably having heard the men below him through the plywood floor . so we now have a reasonably accurate timeline telling us that Williams left the 6th floor just about 12.25 and took the elevator down one floor to the 5th . that means that Williams was sat on boxes mere feet from the snipers nest window eating his chicken lunch until a time closely approaching 12.25pm NOT 12.10PM . and he never saw or heard Oswald . this of course still leaves Oswald 5 or 6 minutes to get in place but he is then severely hindered time wise .

Williams was a little uncertain as to the exact time , as any of us would be if we were not clock/watch watching , and he wasn't . but he was accurate in saying he was on the 5th flor a little while before the motorcade arrived on elm , it was approx. 5 minutes before . now if Williams left the 6th floor at about 12.05 or even 12.10 and took the elevator as he said he did one floor down to the 5th floor arriving at approx. 12.25 pm that would have to mean the elevator ride down one floor took either 15 or 20 minutes . im sure you agree that that is not possible . you are correct (I assume based on tickets for the luncheon at the trade mart ) that the tickets stated that jfk was due there officially at about 12.15 to give a talk . that probably was the time he was due , and also they would list times in order to have people in and seated on time before jfk arrived . the trade mart was just several minutes drive beyond dealey so as I said jfk was due originally to pass through dealey at 12.10 to 12.15pm , in and around that time . Arnold Rowland was down on Houston street , he looked at his watch and also the hertz clock on the depository roof , they told him it was 12.15pm / 12.16pm . he said at that point he saw a negro gentlemen leaning out of the 6th floor so called snipers nest window . this can only have been Williams IF AS HE SAID HE WAS UP THERE ALONE , all be it he neither admitted to that or to my knowledge was asked if he did it when testifying . Rowland did tho say he thought the man he saw was older , some have said based on what rowland said that the man seen was not unlike the older eddie piper . I guess its not impossible that piper was up there for a time with Williams and that Williams just decided to keep him out of it because he had been in the snipers nest . this was after all the deep south in the 60s , known for its racism , and these were black men . some have said that Rowland saw jarmin and norman on the 5th floor not Williams , that's impossible as both men were down on elm till provably till they heard the message on the police radio . we really shouldn't have these questions 56 years later , these are things the commission and other panels could have and should have questioned and got on record as accurately as they could . you cant tie witnesses down to minute seconds or even maybe to a certain minute but if they worked hard enough they would have been able to put the individual witnesses in their locations at near enough to the correct time . regarding Carolyn she disputed the fbi statement in question , in fact she had never seen it till decades later . in addition in regards the timing two of her fellow office workers were with her all be it outside the lunchroom and they corroborated her timing of 12.15pm or so . she left her offices at 12.15pm or so with two ladies , they corroborate that time . she stopped off for a drink at the 2nd floor lunchroom , then all 3 walked down two flights of stairs and through the foyer and out the front door . she was pregnant so she was not running or even rushing . so in that sense it may well have been in and around 12.25pm when the 3 finally got out on the street . and yes you are correct the fbi in dallas were ordered TO ONLY ask a set number of questions that only served to further cloud the facts . they asked if witnesses saw Oswald at 12.30 , they didn't ask if they saw him earlier . the purpose being that they could assert that Oswald was missing . when in fact we know he was seen at different times on different floors between 11.45 am and atleast 12.15pm . talk soon

So Williams said he left the 6th floor around 12:20pm & James Jarman confirms that Williams joined him & Harold Norman on the 5th floor a few minutes later, which would be roughly 12:25pm."@mars laredo yes this is pretty accurate and along the lines of the timing I mentioned earlier . its nice to see that you have studied this stuff well , the various testimonies etc . many don't put in the work and because of that they claim things that are inaccurate . but you and me are it seems on the same page and in full agreement on the timing of the movements of Williams / jarmin and norman . I know as I said its not possible to pin point a persons movement time wise , as in to the finest detail , but between us we have their movements in and around the correct time of 12.25pm give or take the odd minute . I don't think its possible really to pin point the time any closer . but we can say with certainty that Williams was up on the 6th floor beyond the 1.05 and 1.10pm wrongly and I believe falsely by the fbi . the recognized the problem , they needed Williams off the 6th floor and Oswald on it , and they had to allow Oswald time to build the snipers nest and assemble the rifle . this is called making the evidence fit with known fact as opposed to known fact actually fitting the evidence . "control tests revealed the MC leaked so badly that it always left nitrate on the control subjects. "The tests given me show that in seven ‘control’ cases where others had fired a rifle this evidence was left on the cheeks."(Harold Weisberg, Post Mortem: JFK Assassination Cover-Up Smashed, Weisberg, 1975, p.437)" mars excellent stuff . the late Harold Weisberg was one of the first researches , among the finest and most knowledgeable and I highly recommend his books to all . not to mention tenacious , as he fought and won many freedom of information lawsuits . also he didn't approach this case trying to prove a particular conspiracy theory was true . his approach was to show proof that the commissions had deceived and lied and were aiding a cover up of the true facts . in addition they were not properly investigating , they were ignoring any uncomfortable areas or witnesses . in regard the nitrates test well it was highly inaccurate at times , giving both false positive and false negative results . example residue of print ink on the hands could lead to a false positive result . Oswald worked in a business where his everyday job was to handle books and boxes of books covered naturally in print ink . "As might be expected, given the authorities’ unwillingness to release the documents, the control tests appear to prove that neutron activation analysis can be expected to show substantial quantities of barium and antimony on the cheek of anyone who had fired a rifle of the same type as that found on the sixth floor of the TSBD. hi mars well norman / jarmin and Williams are interesting , if you haven't you should study their statements / testimonies carefully and you will find some interesting things . they altered some of their statements as they went along . this may simply be due to being negro in the early 60s down south , i think Williams was in the snipers nest at about 12.15 seen by Arnold Rowland . if so Williams failed to mention this , and the commission failed to ask him about it . only one other solution to my thinking exists (based on Rowlands testimony ) and that is that at some point in and around 12.15pm eddie piper was up there on the 6th floor with Williams and he was the one that was in the snipers nest . either way it does appear that these men were altering atleast certain parts of their stories as they went along , maybe simply to protect each other given the times they lived in . but i think everyone should delve into this area for a look . bakers statements certainly changed over time from late 63 and into 64 and again are well worth studying . Oswald was of course no longer alive to contradict any of these people and the commission made no real effort to question witnesses on the contradictions in their statements . markham being one exception but even then . the woman perjured herself on the stand . there are many problems for sure with this case and all need studying . i don't of course expect every single statement to tally exactly with all other statements . i mean not everyone had a watch or wall clock to view to tie the exact time . so some hazarded an approx. time such as Williams . he did tho think about it in testimony and his approximation of about 12.20 was pretty good if several minutes off . i mean as long as statements or within reason consistent where it matters then id see no real problem . but its where they differ greatly that more close study is required . for sure some people including cops tried to insert them selves into history with some lies , i guess we need to examine them all and decide which ones have credibility and which do not . baker certainly while i believe he was an honest man changed his statements as he went , whether on purpose or not they started to conform more to the official version of events , even the coke in oswalds hands got removed . but you know good people some times decide to go along to get along , or they may be pressured for the careers sake .

You say i do not want to adresse the Warren commission witnesses who say contrary guess what i do not have too The warren commuission did that they get critized for not calling witnesses its obvious why they did not when you got a hundred peoole saying the same thing you do not have to hear from everybody saying the same thing thats the totality of the evidence thats why when i hear the conspiracy Buffs like Lane say but they did not call so and so now you know why
