    1. Learn to stop grinding your teeth. 2. This will help you stop retracting your jaw. 3. This will likely help you stop tensing your tongue. 4. That uncoiling will propagate through your whole body. 5. Get back to me on what is possible when you have done that. 6. If you need to be told you aren't listening to your body.7. If you have been teaching a long time and haven't noticed any of the abovwe for yourself then you are a shill. 8. Noone being promoted by google on youtube is sharing the good stuff, the good stuff sets you free.... Shills sell subtraction stew, it comes in many forms, most shills don't know they are fools so pleased are they by the emperors cast offs..

Great talk, I agree that you will in some point change your practice. I agree also with you that they are not focused on longevity.

I'm going to ask a question that is probably not going to go over very well: how much of the elitist mindset you observed in the class do YOU feel has to do with Israeli culture? I know NOTHING about it, so I would like to learn from you instead. Is Israeli culture "holier than thou" do they think themselves above others? they are "chosen people" so I could see them thinking in that way...

I think most people could benefit from taking on board Goggin’s message. A lot of people are weak and choose comfort too much such as the couch or junk food instead of spending their time on something less enjoyable but more useful. He takes it to the extreme, most people aren’t going to be as extreme as he is.

Thank you so much for posting this. I am currently looking for ways to bullet proof my joints. Ido's content is the best I've ever seen on this--what he can do with his ankles alone is incredible. I'm curious if you know of any cheaper ways of pursuing this? Have you found good material on this outside of Ido's group? I'm tempted to fork up the money for online training on just this topic alone, but alas, it is a heavy price. I'm also not sure if the gymnastics movements you mentioned are required? I have zero interest in one arm anything, but strengthening the body from "weird angles" looks to be among the most intelligent approaches I've ever come across.

I've been watching Les Twins since they were in high school. Yes there are videos of them even from then. Like gymnastics, when you train young, you develop your bones to be able to accomplish such moves. It's true Laurant, the one who does death drops, had surgery on his knees a couple of years ago.

Could you mention the cost of the workshops and classes in Israel? Some years ago I was impressed by everything Ido posted, until he finally came to Mexico and I asked his people for the course's price; it was something ridiculous, a five day workshop which cost 7,500 dollars. Just so you know, that's more than the annual wage of most people here.

Naudi has that personality because people should be respected until proven stupid, and many people do that right out of the door. If they don’t address imbalances they are kicking the can down the road like he said in the video and showing their ignorance.

Hey, in my opinion they didn’t edit the song too much, they are on a show and I would think there are time constraints, in addition they choreograph to any slice of the song they wish! They don’t dance like girls. The combine a myriad of dance styles ( ballet, modern, etc) in their performances. Sometimes they tell stories when they dance. They also do interpretations of the music. Very good in my opinion and I am not trained. They are trendsetters. They go all over the world and teach their unique blend of dance. What is dance anyway?😂

❕PREACH❕ EVERYTHING makes perfect sense when you really think about it. That's why I mainly search for women that are negotiable, rational, loyal, humble,& obedient to a certain degree. If these things aren't apart of her characteristics I don't feel the need to waste my time trying to make a relationship work with her. It's just not going to work otherwise. We need more elders like this waking up the youth today, especially in America. Mainly because they're completely LOST💯 Men like this should have WAY more attention in regards to platforms like this. He should've had a t.v. show considering the kind of knowledge he possesses. His show would've been the black Dr.Phil of modern-day television, REAL TALK! I've been living & witnessing EVERYTHING that these guys are talking about. Gender roles of today have been completely screwed up,for a really really really long time. Yeah y'all want the perfect man, woman, etc but there's no such thing. Plus alot of y'all be below average individuals looking for supermodels. It's unbelievably baffling to me yo. Some people just need to learn how to lower their high a$$ standards. Learn to not judge books by their covers. Not all that glitters is gold. There's women out there that know MMA and are weaponry experts as well as possessing extensive knowledge of melee weaponry usage. There's some women that are more than capable of protecting themselves. And there's also men out there that are feminine wimps that are afraid of hand to hand combat. That would rather shoot before fighting an opponent. I don't know what's been happening in Hollywood. I'm guessing will have to deal with things as they come,I need a couple hits of the blunt after this🤦🏾‍♂️ "Women & children can be careless in this world,NOT MEN!" - Don Vito Corleone #sayitlouder4thekarensin👍🏾 #thebackwhomaydisagree👂🏾 #restinpeacekevsam📿⚰⛪

I have flexion intolerance, maybe because of a strained mutifidis. It's been around for almost 3 years now. Classic rehab (stretching and core training) doesn't help Was recommended by a movement teacher to stop all intense practices (calisthenics and any movement that triggers the pain) and do only slow movements i.e. laying shaking, hanging and tai chi. Then, once the symptoms are gone, build up slowly the ROM and load. Hopefully it works 'cause it's destroying my life, ability to focus etc. Thanks for the video Noshon
