    Did you tear the medial meniscus? What exercises do you use tp rehab it? Or is all you do your knee bulletproofing routine ?

    Yup, that one :) I use a lot of balance drills that mostly challenge me at my flexion point where I'm weakest, my knee bulletproofing video covers a tiny amount of these drills tbh
