    I love doing old School calisthenics, that is to say focusing on the basic exercises by doing high volume training.

    Good old ThenX, I used to watch a lot of their stuff when I first started training. Nowadays it feels very "fitness influencer-y" like you mentioned, and have heard of some dramas over the years that kind of put me off Chris Heria a little bit... Nowadays I still follow Gabo Saturno, also a calisthenics guy that used to be part of the ThenX team but had a falling out with them some years ago - started his own thing and it's really good! Guy has a yoga background and is very humble, which is refreshing compared to Chris "I'm The Shit" Heria. I've also noticed that quite a lot of the top calisthenics KZreadrs have done collabs with each other at some point, but not with ThenX.

    gabo is a fraud, check the complaints about his program. His "drama" was with Austin Dunham and gabo and both are frauds. If you want absolutely clean you tubers check FitnessFAQS
