    Thank you for this!! Yes a video on the other streches you mentioned would be great. Also, no face pulls? Imo thats the best postural exercise in terms of bang for you buck

    Thank you for the feedback :) The face pull mostly works on your posterior deltoid, which helps externally rotate your shoulders, so it does have some value, but if you want to strengthen your external rotators, it's much more efficient to just do external rotations - that way other external rotators get stronger too (teres minor & infraspinatus)

    @@thegroundedman2191 thanks for the prompt reply. How to deal with, and offset general shoulder instability as foundational work. Which may be done before or in conjunction with preparation for the movement patterns that are displayed here. I love the methodology you provide behind "why" we are doing these "patterns", that is very helpful for me. So thank you for that.
