3-4 days a week at roughly 2.5hrs of focused practice seems to be the sweet spot for me now.

I started capoera. 3 times a week for 2 hours. Should I do my personal training (calisthenics, Cardio, stretching) on same day as training or on alternate days (days after capoeira training)?
2 months ago I decided to stop keeping a weekly routine as it was getting a bit bloated, I roughly get everything done twice every 9 days or so. I have a mixture of resistance and cardio goals and use a bit of intuition, what hurts? or overall energy level, generally I might train 2 days then a rest day
