Hello mam my age is 16_17 year but i have big and saggy breast and I want to tight and reduce the breast size ..... because of this problem i cannot wear my choice cloth i can't run and dance so many classmate boy comments on this which makes me too much uncomfortable so.. plzzz give me some workout for this i also have loose love handle and arm fat and belly fat

Hey, I am starting my journey today! Apart from fat reduction such routines help me calm down mentally as well. Hoping this is a fun filled journey.
I just wanna say, I’ve been watching your videos for over a year now, and even tho I haven’t been consistent, I use the exercises from your videos probably 2-3 times a week just when I feel like it. Not even following any specific workout but doing what I remember from your videos, and even with that, I can still see change!! I’m making an effort to be consistent with this workout and combining it with the other one suggested because I know I will see the results I want!! i’m gonna do this everyday and document my results for yall! ✅ day 1: i’m starting out at ~37in this workout worked out parts of my chest i didn’t even know existed. excited for day 2! ✅ day 2: more sore than day one, onto day 3! (measured and i’m down to 36in woohoo) ✅ day 3: onto day 4! ✅ day 4: more than halfway there! ✅ day 5: skipped a day but onto day 6 ✅day 6: did it twice bc of day five (my measurement fluctuated between 37in and 36in again) 🎉 day 7: done!! i think combined with other workouts this works, i think you just have to stay consistent !

@@funcracksandtricks9785 considering work put in vs. results gained, id say it’s a pretty good start to exercising and getting your body moving. i lost ab 1-2in off my bust overall but i think with consistency and other combined movements (running, walking, other exercises) you could lift and reduce significantly. i’ve done one of her other breast reducing programs (the 21 day challenge) and went from 37in to 34in/33in, i just would like to maintain that.

@@samaiira it’s not a bad start if you’re a beginner and want to get in the habit of working out! right now i stand at about 35in in my bust but my size tends to fluctuate based on hormones and diet a lot so it’s challenging to maintain. but! her programs do really target the chest and show results unlike other programs or videos i’ve tried

Hii i will be updating you guus regularly so here the day 1 begins . Let me tell you that im 33 rn Day 1- did it but as a joint family I was not able to jump and do it though I can feel the pain in my hands
I don't know, but for some reason ,the second excercise in this video nearly killed me.i did it sooo slow and could barely last to the end.my arms are really fat and flabby and heavy, my question is, if I slow down on the second excercise, will the workout still be effective? I am a34d , sometimes did when I'm on my period,my breasts are really heavy, and all my bras cut into my shoulders.i am really uncomfortable,because even though I m a size 4/6,the size of my breasts often causes me to have to buy size 8 in dresses, it is sooo annoying,so again, is this workout going to work for me,I'm really trying to reduce cup size?

Hey I have question! I'm not looking to lift my chest because it doesn't really need to be.I just REALLY want a smaller chest. I hate my big chest. So will doing this workout make my chest smaller or will it just make them lifted? If its only making them "perkier" I should probably try a different workout. try to slow down your movements, you will feel your muscles a lot more than you do in fast speed. After awhile you can combine the speed and mind muscle connection to get faster results
