Hi, i am here to do challenge of 30 days. My age is 14 but my chest size is 35 and it's really heavy as i feel to much insecure 😔 so i wish my chest fat will reduce and it will be smaller. Day-1(complete ✅) fells some pain on arms 🙂 Day-2(complete ✅) today also feels pain on arms 😕 (I will try to do 2 sets of each day 😶) At morning and at evening I wish I can do
