Do whatever pleases you. I do different ones 5 days a week because for me if I do the same onee everyday the results are harder for me. Cut back on sugar, drink lots of water, eat more fruits and vegetables and you will see results best of luck.❤😊
Started working out today with this exercise. I'm an absolute beginner. I don't do any physical activities like absolutely none. I get tired from walking 2 minutes. So just could reach 72% today. This month I'm going to work on my endurance. My target for this month is completing this and another workout by hana milly. Starting: Weight: 64 kg. My weight machine show 2/3 kgs extra. So don't know the exact weight. B**ast: 40.5 inches Waist: 34 inches Day 1 (16/4/24): ✅️ Day 2 : skipped as i had a migraine. But going to do its twice on the weekend. Day 3 : ✅️ did the whole workout. But had to stop in between of workout and missed couple of seconds. And another 5 minutes break in between. And after another 20 minutes break, i thought i could do More, so i did i other workout that i mentioned. 36 minutes look me 1 hour. But i have weak arms so had to stop for 2/3 seconds multiple times. Day 4: ✅️ did 2 workouts. 36 minutes in 45 minutes. And still had to drop for few seconds. Did it twice to compensate for 2nd day. Day 5: ✅️ only this one😢. Without break and no stopping for 2/3 seconds 😁 Day 6: didn't get much sleep last night so i was really tired. So i did one of her 12 min lifting videos. Not much. But at least I'm staying consistent coz I'm still struggling to fit in my new life style. I stopped doing it. I'm going to do zumba dances and some lifting video. And strength training with a booty band and water bottle.
Can i continue in periods?
Do you sweat when you do this exercises cause I don't but I feel the pains 😢😢.... Please answer

I don't sweat either and that is fine but I do have body heat, I do feel pain also have seen a lot of results. Once I see results I am good.😅😅

Yes it does work but being consistent is a must. Great results a healthy diet. Body types are different so results will take longer then someone else doing it.😊
First day 24 date
I started on 11th of may with 34 inches Today is 16th of may and I have reduced 4 inches... :) it's unbelievable for me I hope before 25th I'll reach my goal of 28 inches 🍁 thanks Hana ✨
