Don't worry just do this exercise two times a day for 1 month and you will lose 3-4 inches for sure I have done this workout april till today and i have lose 6 inches before doing this workout my breast size was 42 and now its 36 i will continue this workoutss 😉

Started working out on 19March : Day 1 : Completed , i can feel the burn in my arm✅ Day 2 : Completed workout , ✅ 2 sets today ✅ 1st round was hard . Day 3 : completed ✅ there is no change in the size. Day 4 : ✅ Day 5 & 6 ❌❌ Day 7 ✅ Day 8 : 26 march : No visible changes and no change in size today. But we are doing it anyways. ✅ 27 , 28 , 29 March : ❌❌❌ Day 12 : Did it today ✅ Day 13 : ❌ Day 14 april 1 : ✅
