I tried this and this did not work for me, Breasts are mostly made up of fat so if you'll just do normal workouts that are not necessary for your chest it will work also thats what worked for me

I'm really insecure about my breast size, they are too big for my age and I don't feel confident wearing normal teenage clothing because I feel like I will attract attention. I will update this comment on the last day to say my personal experience.

Yes. Same with me I am only sixteen and I wear the bra of size 38 d though that doesn't fit me. And I am afraid to ask for the next size in the shops. I'm very insecure about it. Feel like chopping it off. I'm gonna follow this and surely come back with the results.

Started today, I'm doing this plus 50 knee pushups, 2000 skips and no strict diet: Day 1: 44 Inches Day 2: 43.5 Inches Day 3: 43 Inches Day 4: 42 Inches Day 5: 42 Inches Day 6: 41.5 Inches Day 7: 41.5 Inches Day 8: 41.5 Inches Day 9: 41 Day 10: 41 Day 11: 41 (looks like that's it☹️) Day 12: 40.5 Inches Day 13: 40 Inches Day 14: 40 Inches Day 15: 39.5 Inches Day 16: 39 Inches I've stopped doing the skips. Today I finished the 21 days. I have lost 7cm. I had 2 rest days and no strict diet. I will definitely continue and include full body workouts. Thank you Hana for giving me the motivation to do this.

It’s tottaly normal it’s gravity’s fault ! Lol but fr tho it’s super normal for everybody u may not want them saggy in the future but trust me it’s normal but I recommend this workout ! And lots of running 🖤🖤

Finally a video on reducing breast size and not increasing. Some of us just don't want them big. Thanks for the video :) Update: I just have to say, this work out WORKS! I'm on day 11 of 21 and I'm already seeing the difference. Actually, I notice the difference in about day 4. Update: I completed all 21 days!!! Let me tell you, this does not only lift your breasts, but it lifts your self confidence. Fast results, and it's easy!!! I use to wear a bra AND a sports bra just so my boobs don't look saggy. Now I just wear a bra. This workout changed my life and I'll continue doing this workout.

@@yuh2255 yes!!! That's the main reason why I started this workout. Not to exaggerate, but I was really insecure about mine because it was so saggy. I still need a lot to go to reach my goal, but trust me, it works.

@@ygarima9928 other breast workouts? No, this was enough for me. I still continue it although not everyday like this 21 day challenge. This workout does work.
As a trans guy I hate my breasts with a passion but if I’m gonna have to live with them for a few (hopefully 6) more years then I want them to at least be small. I will definitely try this and hopefully I do it every day.

I'm gonna do all 21 days and update each day! Day 1: honestly pretty tough, the one arm push ups on the wall were hard for me. I'm excited to see results! Day 2: harder than day 1, I was sore, but pushed through! Day 3: extremely sore, but push ups were easier! (36 inches) Day 4: it was hard to get through today, but I did it! Day 5: easiest day so far! I was able to push myself more Day 6: I definitely feel stronger, but the movements are still hard. My arms are very sore Day 7: arms were so sore they were shaking. Very hard to get through Day 8: I had zero motivation. It was so hard to get through but I did it! Day 9: still sore but easiest day so far! It flew by so fast Day 10: I don't think my arms are ever going to be not sore haha. Got through today! Day 11: I put it off until way late at night which is a big mistake cause it's way harder. It was hard to get though but I did it! Day 12: today was very hard to get through. I had zero motivation Day 13: easiest day so far! It went by really fast Day 14: I finally got myself to do it in the morning! It's so much easier in the morning. The push ups were a breeze! Day 15: I had to take a day off yesterday because I was having a really bad day and wasn't doing well. But I think it's okay to take breaks every now and then! I resumed today with day 15. It was pretty hard, my arms felt it but I got it done! Day 16: some stuff came up and I had to miss two days, but I'm back at it and I'm not giving up until I reach 21 days! Today was pretty okay! The one arm push ups felt very easy Day 17: honestly pretty hard today. My muscles were sore and I was tired. Pushed through though! Day 18: not too bad today! The first time I did the push ups they were really hard but the second time they felt easy Day 19: pretty easy today! I was sore from yesterday but it was doable Day 20: it's crazy to think that there's only one day left! Today was a BREEZE. I was so comfortable with the workouts I did the entire video without taking any of the breaks and I was able to do it all easily. It's crazy how far I've come from the beginning! I'm excited to finish tomorrow. Day 21: completed! Final review: This was quite a challenge for me. It started out really hard at first and got easy as it went on but it was hard to have motivation when it felt like there were no results. It took me about a month to complete instead of only 21 days because I struggled some days to do it at all. I think having 3 rest days for this whole workout is the perfect amount. I would recommend taking one day a week to not do it so that your muscles can rest and repair themselves. This feels more beneficial, but keep in mind it will make this workout take 24 days instead of 21 to finish. But I don't think that's so bad. This definitely works! I started at 36 inches and finished with 34.5 inches. I think it would have worked more if I had paired this with something else and had been completely consistent. This works though! I definitely recommend ❤️

@@AbbySams hi! I did just this workout with no defecit. However, I feel like it would be a lot more effective with a defecit. I am on a defecit now and I kinda want to try this workout again because I think it would be helpful!

Girl same I’m about to turn 13 but I just don’t like it it’s so uncomfortable
Finally thought of doing this in morning time. Day 1 : ✅ Day 2 : This time it was hard, but ✅ Day 3 : ✅ Day 4 : Now no pain in Arms while doing this ✅ Day 5 : ✅ Day 6 : ✅ I can see my arms are little toned up 😍 and no change in my breast till now. Let's see... Day 7/Week 1 update: ✅ I am enjoying this workout now as arms are getting toned up, feeling confident😍 Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ I can see a bit difference in my breast but the best part is arms are getting toned up..❤️ Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ Getting better Day 13: ✅ Day 14/Week 2: ✅ My arms and Breast both are toned up. Still one week to go.. Let's see Day 15: ✅ Day 16: ✅ Day 17: ✅ Now I can wear sleeveless dress 😍 Day 18: ✅ Day 19: ✅ Day 20: ✅ Day 21: ✅ Now itz revealing time. This workout is great, it looks like the simple one but for your arms and breast this is gonna most effective. I did this for 21 days and get the good results. Will continue again for next 21 days☺️ I can see a lot of change and I have gain more confidence now, I can do it and you guyz should try it. Your hardwork won't go waste. For these 21 days, I took care of my diet but as we like cheat days so yeah I did that also but maintained my diet as well like no fried food, low carbohydrates and more green veggies and fruits, and most important I drank a lot of water to keep hydrated. And believe me, I lost around 4 kg. Go for it👍🏻 I will start it for the second time within few days and will let you know.. Fighting.. ✌🏻 Will keep u updated .. Good luck girls

*It works!!* I did this for 21 days and other 3 similar workouts from Hana Milly for 2 weeks. The results are so good! I've lost considerable amount of side boob fat, shoulder & collarbone fat, lower neck fat and even double chin 😃 For anyone who has doubts about this or is thinking if it may not be for them, don't contemplate over it too much. You've got this 💪 Edit:- I did not have any issues with sagging, I mostly did it out of curiosity and for fun. But, seeing the results, it'll surely help if sagging is your trouble!!

ADINA SPERLING hey im no expert like at all, but maybe you’ve gained muscle (making them appear bigger), and you haven’t necessarily lost the fat in ur chest yet, bc you typically gain muscle, then lose fat. So maybe if you keep doing the workouts, you’ll soon get rid of the fat

I really like this work out, because it feels like it actually properly targets the chest, instead of mostly the arms, like most other chest workouts!

I'm a 14 year old with size 36". As an athlete it is uncomfortable and embarrassing to have a big chest. It slows me down and I always have the biggest chest in school and sports. Im going to do this for 21 days and will update every day. Now I'm feeling discouraged cause I went up an inch?! Day 12: ❌️ Day 13: ❌️ Day 14: ✅️ *35 1/2* decided I would continue till Day 21. I'm going to start taking this seriously and do some cardio to try to speed it up. Day 15: ✅️ forgot to measure Day 16: ✅️ didn't measure Day 17: ✅️ haven't been able to measure

@@deyram1420 I wouldn’t say a diet, i was just eating salad for lunch and drinking a lot of water. I ate whatever i wanted for breakfast and ate a yogurt and dinner was whatever( basically ramen🤣)

How many times did you do it in a day?
trying this out to see if it works!! Day 1:✅quite tough and my arms were so sore Day 2: ✅much harder than yesterday but I'm happy I did it! Day 3: ✅the wall pushups made my arms sore lol Day 4: ✅ was good Day 5: ✅ definitely the easiest so far, and I can see the difference (only a bit) but I’m really happy! Day 6: ✅ going well!! Day 7: ✅One week is done!! 14 more days to go!! I can see small changes and I feel more confident! Day 8: ✅Today was much harder and my arms got very sore Day 9: ✅Today was good and wasn't so hard as yesterday! Day 10: ✅ I'm really happy with how it's going, changes are getting much more visible! Day 11: ✅ The pushups were hard Day 12: ✅Today was great Day 13: ✅I noticed that the difference was visible today and I cannot explain how happy and shocked I was Day 14: ✅Today was a little hard but I got through it Day 15: ✅Going well, but the pushups were hard today Day 16: ✅I'm super proud of myself for getting this far!! Day 17: ✅Done! Day 18: ✅I noticed it was harder than the other days but I did it! Day 19: ✅Hard today Day 20: ✅Tomorrow is the last day of this challenge and I'm really happy with how I've been going! Day 21: ✅ Woo!! I finished the challenge!!! This definitely works and if I compare the photo from day 1 to now, there is a difference, and I'm so happy! Yes, this is hard but no pain no gain. I 100% recommend this and I want you to know you are beautiful and you can do it!

I am a trans man and I’ve been trying to figure out how to reduce my chest size as I’m very self conscious about it. It’s been 11/21 days and my binders fit so much better now. This exercise really does work. I’m going to keep it up and reach the goal of downsizing my binder from a medium to a small. 😁

Day 1: I just completed this video. Everything here looks really toned down and simple, though I can feel the effect it had, my arms are shaky and sore, as I feel they should be. I'll be back here every day for updates DAY 2: The workout was alot harder today, since I'm very sore from yesterday. Just keep pushing through it. As a soda fanatic, I'm trying to replace sodas with water, or atleast limit to one soda a day (big improvement for me atleast). I'll be back tomorrow! I'm a 15 year old female with a double D cup, that I'm not happy with. My ideal body type is small and cuddley, but I feel so big. I love to wear big shirts and stuff, but they go straight down from where my breasts are, and it makes me look like a big square. I want a smaller chest, so I'm trying this. I'm not someone that exercises, at all, and my family gets fast food and does not eat healthy. I'll put my updated, but remember different things work for everyone :)

This is effective I reduced 3.2 inches in just a week and waist size also got reduced by 2 inches ( no diet followed ) very happy with the results and I did this workout every day without fail.. And also I got slightly defined collar bones Edit: I've been doing it regularly and got 2 more inches reduces thank you ma'am for the video

I’ve used to do this exercise and changed from 38G to 34G. but I gained weight a lil so it seem tight. trying to find other exercises but nothing seems to work for me. But this exercise really helps me beside having slimmer arms. Never gonna stop this until I can wear small sizes cup❤️

I have started today and would be updating every day. I am combining this with Lilly Sabri workouts (day 1-8). Started with Chloe Ting’s 2 week challenge - 2021 from day 9 as Lilly Sabri’s workout weren’t working out for me. I have been doing Hana’s define collar bone and fix round back exercise too. And, lastly - I at least go for an hours walk everyday. Lezz do this 💪🏼 Day 1 - 37.5 Day 2 - 37 Day 3 - 37 Day 4 - 36.5 Day 5 - 36.5 Day 6 - didn’t do Day 7 - didn’t do Day 8 - 36.5 Day 9 - 36 (have started 2 weeks Chloe Ting challenge)

Day 1: I already love this workout! I can push myself enough but not yo hard, I am insecure about my breasts and also for other reasons want to reduce the size of them. I am putting this on my calendar so I remember to do this! I will keep updating! Starting at 36D! Day 2: Good! I really like this workout! My arms were a little sore but thats fine! Day 3: done!
So after procrastinating for so long I've finally decided to give it a try. I'll try to update everyday. Let's hope this works. Day 1- Done! At the end it started to get tough but I did it anyway Day 2 - done! I really felt the burn this time. Day 3 - done! My shoulders were sore this morning Day 4 - done! I feel so good Day 5 - Done! Day 6 - done yay! Okay idk for what reason but push ups felt so tough this time One week update - so I've been doing this workout for a week now tbh not much difference is observed tho I can definitely feel my chest and back muscles tightening. I'll keep doing it Day 8 done! Day 9 done! Day 10 done! Okay now this workout starting to get easy for me finally Day 11 done yay 🤭 Day 12 done Sorry for not updating you guys I'm done with day 13 2 weeks Update- I've reduced half inch but I'm guessing that's mostly due to my back's fat you know from the area around the shoulders Day 15- done Day 16 - done Day 17 - done Day 18 - done Day 19 - done Day 20 - done Final update - My shoulders feel much stronger. tho I don't see much difference in size but I managed to reduce more than half inch from both underbust and overbust. I'll try to continue this exercise:-)

***FINISHED*** See edits below!! Nine days in. Not much change. I’ll update if anyone wants since I couldn’t tell if some of the comments here were real or not. 10 days 11 days- I’ve noticed a little increase in firmness is upper chest but it was already pretty firm. No change in size. My arms are stronger and more defined though 12 days 13 days - I’m actually seeing a decrease in size now and much firmer. My arms are much stronger and more defined 14 days 15 days- feeling great! 16 days- (not sure why comment says 1 week ago. Today is 10/8) 17 days 18 days 19 days 20 days 21 days- okay I finished the 21 days. I’d say my arms are for sure stronger!! And you can see it when I flex. My shoulders are stronger and my back. My chest is a little stronger but my boobs don’t seem to be that drastically different. I’m going to keep going and will keep you guys updated. You won't see changes untill and unless you incorporate your HIIT and cardio and strength training in workouts!! It is as simple as that.. These exercises just help in mobility

Day1: feeling good 😊 Day2: really hard but I didn’t give up. I didn’t skip. Completed ✔️ Day4: I feel so good after the exercise. I think this exercise is both for breasts and arms. Day5:completed Day6:good result I feel fit 😊
Ok, so this is the first exercise I did actually without procrastinating for tomorrow. I like the way you repeated and the music along with this. The exercises are simple to do but tough for it burns down my arms a bit 😅. But I completed with you till the end. Alright so.. Day 1: Arms hurt a bit. Day 2: that close arms and one hand push up exercise 😵 is painful. 4 days gap 😓 Day 3- In those 20 seconds, just stretch your arms, they will need it badly. Also, Round 2 seems easier. Don't push yourself too much to lose will power due to arms on fire.
I been doing this for 4 days now and I’m happy to tell you that results are real!!! I workout a lot and play basketball so I really didn’t have that much of breast but once quarantine hit mann😂😂I gained so much like you could see the fat around my breast soo I decide to do a workout to lose the fat around breast .. I brought some bras and I wear a 34 B and I couldn’t fit it because of all the weight I gained I was coming out of my bra.. well I’m happy to say that I am back to fitting this bra again and my breast are looking pretty good!!! I will continue to finish out my 21 days and I will gladly leave you ladies the rest of my results !!!😄😄😄

I think the reason why it works so well on you is because the last place to gain weight is the first place to loose. Us bigger chested women have had it for way longer so we might not be as lucky

EN evy it’s possible to lose chest fat doesn’t matter what size. it just matter if your willing to put in the work. With this workout I constantly do 20 min of cardio here and there. If you can just add on a workout that gets you going best bet is A Cardio workout or jump roping you will see perfect result trust me my sister went from a 32 DDD to a 32 D and now she’s still working out and constantly staying on her game.🙌🏽again if you put in the work it’s possible!!

I have already been doing this for 6 days but didn't really measure my boobs. But I measured today. They are 31 inches. I skip 500 times daily and also do Alexis Ren's ab workout along with this everyday. So starting from today I will keep updating my progress every 3 days : Day 7 : 31 inches Day 10 : Day 13 : Day 16 : Day 19 : Day 21 :

I'm feeling the burn in my arms rather than anything on my chest! I hope I'm not doing it wrong. In case anyone cares Start date Oct 7,20 Will continue till Nov 5,20. UPDATE 1 Oct 22- I don't see size reduction but they definitely are a bit firmer. But man ! My arms . They are stronger and there is reduction!! Right arm - 12.5 inch. Earlier - 13in Left arm - 12 inch Earlier - 12.5 in Will post my last update on Nov 5. Finally it's time . Yes this workout works. I lost 2 inches/5.08 cms .My body is the kind that doesn't lose weight easily so 2 inches is a lot. I will continue for entire Nov as well. Please note that with this I followed another of Hana's workout for breast reduction. Ate healthy and walked 12k-15k steps everyday. Even my arms reduced more Left Arm - 11.5 inches Right Arm- 12 inches Do give this workout a try. It's worth the time .

I'm gonna do this😳 *Started with: 91 cm. 28-08-20* *Day 1* : hurts like hell. Did it anyway *Day 2* : Spain but the "s" is silent😔 *Day 3* : My arms almost fell off of my body. Day 3 done! 😃👍 (wait- I just checked and I lost 1 cm. 😳😳😳) *Day 4* : feeling like hulk rn. It hurts a little less and it's kind of getting easier to do the workout 😼 Okay so umm I'm at 91 again idk why 😐 but I'm going to try to not measure myself until I finish the 21 days. *Day 5* : lazy day😔👍 *Day 6* : had to do it twice today🚪🏃♀️💨 *Day 7* : it getting a lot easier to do😳👍 *Day 8* : today was not that easy idk why lol *Day 9* : lazy day 🤦♀️ *Day 10* : done!💧👁️👄👁️ *Day 11* : done 🌜 *Day 12* : done😳👍 *--uhh I didn't exercised for a whole 3 days so I'm going to try to make it twice a day😳-*- *Day 13* : done😭🤝😭 *Day 14* : done I don't think that I will be able to finish the 21 days but I'm just gonna say this: *it works!!! I’m gonna do this and keep u updated Day 1: i feel like it’s more for the arms, but I hope to see a result after this challenge. Had to take 1 longer break but the workout is actually not as hard as others. I definitely feel it in my arms
I am going to update everyday. I am doing this exercise one time a day in the afternoon. Since I have missed day 9 and 10. I will add 2 more days to the 21 day. So I will complete till 24 day. About the food. Im not in strict diet. I have compelete ly avoiding processed food and fast food as well.
