    I am 14 and i am a 36DD cup size. My breast makes me so insecure and i feel so sad every time i wear a dress or something tight.     I feel immediate burn in my shoulders and I see the muscle movement in chest right below the collar bone. However my chest muscles aren't strong enough to feel the muscle strecth. Great workout, I am definitely challenging myself to stick to the breast reduction workout for 10 days.

    Try to do excersizes that focus on the upper body. Wear a bra throughout the day.Take it off before going to bed.Drink a lot of water(3.5-4ltrs/day). Cut down on fats and carbs. All the best
