Exercising to reduce oversized breasts can offer several benefits, both physical and psychological. While exercise alone may not significantly reduce breast size, it can help decrease overall body fat, which may contribute to a reduction in breast size over time.
Overall Fat Loss: Engaging in regular cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and other forms of physical activity can help burn calories and reduce overall body fat. Since breasts contain fatty tissue, reducing overall body fat may lead to a decrease in breast size.
Improved Body Composition: Incorporating strength training exercises into your workout routine can help build muscle mass while reducing body fat. This can result in a more toned and sculpted appearance, which may help reduce the appearance of oversized breasts.
Enhanced Self-Confidence: Achieving a more balanced body shape through exercise can boost self-confidence and body image. Feeling healthier, stronger, and more in control of your body can positively impact self-esteem and overall well-being.
Better Posture and Comfort: Large breasts can sometimes contribute to poor posture and discomfort, including back, neck, and shoulder pain. Strengthening the muscles of the back, shoulders, and core through exercise can help improve posture and alleviate some of this discomfort.

    I've been doing this excersise for 5 weeks now and I've seen major results. I took a picture when I first started and my bust size was 34 inches, after 5 weeks of this excersise and occasional breaks I'm on 29.5 inch. I'm 17 years old btw❤️

    @Ainy Khan hey, no I'm not doing all three but I am doing Chloe Ting's abs workout. My dad went on a diet for his health and I supported him by lowering my sugar and carbs intake. I think that helped

    I did an hour long mostly upper body workout today, so I'm sure that's part of why this was so intense, but this is absolutely insane. I feel it so much in my arms. I hope it's working my chest too.

    This is for anyone who is just thinking about which fitness youtube to trust. I just want to take this moment and appreciate Hana. I have done many workouts like this. May it be Chloe ting or someone else. I love Chloe and I am not criticizing her in any way but I was not able to do her workouts nicely. I will start one day, and even just after a 10-minute workout I would feel drained and my muscle pain was unbearable. I couldn't continue her workout the next day. With Hana, I started her workouts because she was the only one giving so many breast reduction workouts that didn't need any equipment and her smile is just. so beautiful. But now I seriously wanted to focus on my breast reduction and overall wanted to be more active. And her workout programmes are just so easy. there is a rest day every other day and I feel like I do not need a rest day from your workout. Please give me more workouts for the day. I would do 4 or 5 workouts of her in a day. Not only they are easy to do, but they also do not cause me any muscle pain, they make me feel more energized and they are hella effective. I’ve always struggled to have the motivation to workout and I’ve watched so many KZread videos but the exercises were always so strenuous and not fun even the beginner ones. This one is so great it starts out slow and gets better and I had fun doing it even tho I hate exercising. This actually motivated me to want to workout more. Thank you Hana

    I'm 61 and have been doing this workout for 2 weeks. I started my 3rd week yesterday. I've also been following another workout alongside this one for 3 weeks and reduced my food intake, almost completely cutting out junk food for the last 7 weeks. I have lost a stone in weight since starting the workouts, that’s 14lbs or 6.35kgs. 😊. My arms feel firmer, which is great, as I was developing bat wings. Everything feels firmer and the great news for me is that I can walk downstairs facing forwards, rather than sideways hanging on to the handrail and I can sleep on my right side, or my back. Previously, the weight of my bust was crushing my lungs and I couldn’t breathe. I love Hana's smile, I always find myself smiling back. 😊 Just one thing though, I appear to have dropped a boob! - one breast is bigger than the other, I'm hoping they even out over the forthcoming week. 🤞🏻 I can also fit into a UK 14/16 dress from a UK 18/20 size 😁. I’m so happy. Love this routine. I can’t do the star jumps, so I just bend at the knees instead. xx

    Guys it really works, I've been doing this for like 1.5 months and I can see alot of change in my chest area. My chest was 42 inches and now it is 39.5 inches, lost 2.5 inches I'm soo happy.     @@hayaafridi1161 Yes I have noticed big changes. They are not too obvious visually for other people but for me I have noticed that my smaller bras fit comfortably which they didn’t before. The fat all around my breasts reaching to my armpit area has became less noticeable. My arms became stronger so I can hold myself in push-ups which I couldn’t before!. Something I have noticed as well is that my lower body feels a little bigger than my upper body though , it feels like I still need to work on my lower body

    Started 18/04/23 41 inches(38C, age 19, weight 87.4kgs) Day 1 ✅️ So I used to do this workout before but around the end of last year i stopped bcoz of laziness. I didn't realize it then but this one helps me so much. On my thighs and waist. Although i don't think i ever saw any significant diff. in my chest area. Still I'll be restarting it from today. And I am also doing a few other workouts along with this, approx. 1.5-2 hrs of exercise daily. Earlier I wasn't able to do this without breaks or breath shortness but today, my heart didn't race that much. I did it till the end without stopping,without chest pain or drinking water and that my friends is my biggest achievement. Keep going, all the best

    tried this for first time today and im amazed by how easy it is to do its not leaving me in a complete mess like other workouts plus its super quick to do. Will hopefully start seeing results over the next week or 2

    Day 01 (28/7)- height 160cm, weight 52.5kg, bust 94cm, band 76cm, eat everything normally (but trying to balance the amount), only drink green tea bc I like to. I'm trying to do this as a warm up and combining it with other HIIT or arm workout. Let's see the progress. ❤️

    I did this workout in November but i couldn't continue. When I started doing this workout it was 40inches and I recently started measured and it was about 39.5inches so I started this workout again. Thank you so much 💕

    For everyone who is thinking to do this i m here to inform do all these exercises are suuuuuupppeeer easy...you dont even need a proper mat or shoes(except for jumping jacks if u r overweight or you can do it with slow landing) you will thank yourseld ..i know larger breasts cause so much shoulder upper back pain and problem also in dressing ...u just need 10 min out of 24 hours to feel better and confidence ...spare 10 min ur body deserves self love❤and it's worth it❤❤❤❤❤❤Love

    First of all I would like to thank Hana for this amazing workout! Really impressed by the results. Started this on February 14th 2024. I also do IF, 16:8 with 30 minutes of daily walk. Day 1: 45 inches ( then checked after 5 days) Day 5: 43 inches Hoping to get around 39 inches by end of week3!
