Hana's workout videos are really very helpful. I followed all her breast reduction videos and doing so since May, 2020 and I was 36D at that time, now I am 32D. I am so happy and greatful that I found her channel.

How many times a day..how many times a week..I am exercising yet no results..I am not fat..only my breasts are big

I did not follow any diet plan but I just stopped eating sugar, fried food, white bread, rice and butter and switched to more fiber like eating salad before every meal, ate fruits to maintain blood sugar level in the body because fruits are natural sweetners. Additionally I did not to drink water right after every meal instead drink green tea after 1 hour of every meal. I also adopted the habbit of drinking hot plain water first thing in the morning, 15 minutes before going to bed and 8 glasses of water everday. For exercise I remember when I started following her in May 2020 I started with her overall body workout the after almost one month she posted breast reduction video in June and I followed that with a combination of 10 minutes quick yoga routine in the morning. After some more time almost in August she posted another video and I started doing both video exercises and then after another monthe she posted new video again and I was then following all the videos together in the morning without any yoga or other workout. Now almost two months ago she posted another new video and then I started following 4 videos in the evening and this list gone to 5 before a montj when she posted drop a cup size video. So till date I was following 5 videos and now going to add 6th one the latest she posted because as per my whole body the fat around chest is more and I dont like it but now after reaching to desired result I will switch to her overall body exercise again for maintainance.

I am actually so happy about how these workouts are made. I've never been a sporty person and started doing these exercises because I am non binary I don't feel comfy having gained breast fat. I started 4 days ago and it's already a sign that Hana has special powers for not making me feel like I'm doing things wrong. I am always judging myself doing sports, but these exercises are just wonderful. I already feel better in my own skin. Thanks for that.

@@samra4016 I have tried her other breast reduction videos and they've worked as well. I am doing this one because it's no jumping and I've been doing cardio along with it (I jog 3x a week) and I've started doing some abs & glutes workouts. I saw results with just doing cardio and this video tho

I really like your breast reduction workouts. The ones I see on other workouts channels usually have the same exercises just in different orders (push-ups, jumping Jack's, etc) but in yours the exercises are very different and I have fun doing them! I'm nonbinary and my chest makes me uncomfortable. So thank you for these!

This is my first time seeing and trying this video & I loved it!!!! A lot of people are having a hard time to do their home workout b'cos they don't have equipments so this one is perfect for everybody. Plus it is really great for beginners who are just starting but at the same time there is a slight burn. Just a little note for your upcoming videos to include audio so that we can follow the right positioning to every move. Overall, I can't wait to see results. Kudos to you, Hana! 🥰💯

Hi Hana, I am a breastfeeding my baby since 1 year, my size changed drastically during that, though everyone said it will be like before after i wean my baby. But my back and neck hurts because of big size. I tried to give it a try, and surprisingly my size went 36 D from 38 D in a month. I will continue doing your workouts. Thank you so much ❤️

Hey Hana, just wondering how many calories each work out burns in this play list. I would like to add them to my other workout total.
I’m 16 yrs old and my breast size is 38DD. I’m very insecure about it and I hope I can reduce it in 3 weeks. Let’s see how it goes! Also I won’t be skipping any day because I’m very determined to do this challenging and hoping for positive results🤞🏼 Week 1 Day 1: Done ✅ Feeling really good, my arms were burning by the end of the round but managed to make it. Let's get it!! Present measurement - 32 inch/ 82 cm Goal -28/30 inch //// 72/77 cm Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ Day 3 skipped cause i was too busy Day 4 ✅ Day 5 skipped, i was too busy with college. Day 6 ✅ *Currently i have lost 1 ¹/² cm **Also fyi : i do this video only one time. Then i do 15 min of upper body.. Day 7 ✅ *I would suggest to do upper body workout too. It would be more effective. Day 8 ✅ ( i didn't do much but like more than 70%) Day 9 ✅ *i noticed that my left side has gotten smaller than the right!!? ** Now i have lost 2cm Day 10 rest Day 11 ✅ Day 12 skipped, was too busy Day 13 ✅ Day 14 rest Day 15 ✅ Day 16 busy with college, will try to do in evening

When I do normal workouts I do one rest day every three or two workout days so I’d say the same for this lol
