    Started this regime today, will document changes.. A very hopeful 62yr lady was 18dd now 18 d but all my life had structure lately body drooping in all the wrong places. Hope to see improvement in 3 was ☺️

    Hey Hana could you please do a Covid-19 friendly workout for people recovering from it. I recently got it and have been recovering from it, I still have breathless after like 10 mins of walking or climbing 2 flights of stairs. Can't imagine of doing proper workout but I know I need it to make myself stronger and have to loose weight because of PCOS. I'm sure a lot of your viewers are going through the same thing.     a medium or high support sport bra with no pushup pads is enough, no need fancy bras but a bra to help you avoid gravity while training
