While living in the Philippines for almost 13yrs… enjoying a carefree life. The pandemic hits the world and forced me to move back to the USA…Now that the pandemic has been lifted in the Philippines an unexpected situation happened. When I traveled back to the Philippines for the first time in two years, I documented my travel back home to Dumaguete. People were genuinely interested in RAZEL and our story… that’s when I decided to Vlog our life together. A year later the vlogging has evolved to finding ways to help others who are interested in traveling or living in the Philippines…all content are based on our own opinion and experiences… Your comments are always welcome…

Problem in Philippines and expats as i see it, is that they live in concentrated western bubbles in some citys and places like Cebu Manila Boracay Dumaguete Angeles etc etc.. There u have +1000 men fishing for girls/ladys in the same small online pond. Funny enough the most guys look the same, sandals cargoshorts washed out tshirt ´and different levels of fat and out of shape and bad selfgrooming. And most guys only find scammers "working ladys" or expat butterflies jumping from expat to expat

Most Filipino men would not get serious with Filipinas who work in the bar, have children, and are married. Why would foreigners do such a thing if they want a serious relationship? If a foreigner wishes a Filipina for his wife, choose a decent Filipina. Many decent Filipinas above 30 are available in many government offices -- some are teachers, supervisors, accountants, etc.

As long as the guy is not deluding themselves into believing that the girl "is in to you" outside of your wallet and bankrolls the girl and her entire family/ex/entourage...The same thing happens in america but the sums of money are orders of magnitude higher. Seriously ! Sit down and take a deep breath, try to focus and be honest with yourself !! In my mind, it’s extremely rare that a twenty year old Latina will fall madly in love with a fifty year old foreigner. I think they are looking for security and stability an older man can provide, but for haven sake don’t foul your self in believing the story about how much they love you. I now it sounds very pessimistic, and maybe I am wrong, but try too be realistic, keep an open mind.

The short answer is yes. Passport bros try to convince themselves that these women truly love them for who they are but this is not true. These women are after your resources, and yes, a lot of them are young. Again, what they feel for you is not sincere but this is the cognitive dissonance that passport bros have. They struggled finding a good, attractive women in Western society and suddenly get more attention abroad.

I'm Asian/American just like you, but I'm 60 dating a 23 Y.O (from the province) right now with no kids. She makes me feel that she appreciates me every single day (without her saying it). I don't care what people think of it, I've learn not to care the older I get, it's my money and I will spend it as I see fit. We go to the gym regularly and I'm keeping up with her, we try to stay active and I'm enjoying my life. Same here... My baby calls me Daddy. Still a college girl. But I have no delusions she's in it for the money. Haven't met her yet. Plan to see her next year. She looks really young and I think she acts like it. I'm not bothered by the age gap too much. I suspect I'm older than her parents but I look very young myself bec I'm still getting carded sometimes if I buy beer. If her family or she has a problem with it on site, then I will not move heaven and earth. She is a hottie. But so am I. Is she scamming? I dunno. Maybe I'll know later. I think just as she can shop me out, I can do the same to her. We haven't figured out our relationship yet. I wonder if she'll be a no show when I get there. If so. That's fine, too. In the end, it's about chemistry. You can be the same age and the same culture and it's not the good, anyway. Would I try for someone older? I might, if this is a fail. Age wasn't why I considered her. Its mutual interest and common objectives. Good luck.

Do your due diligence. Take it slow. Every wommin around the world wants a man with resources to take care of her regardless of what she has or doesn't have. Never take a lady back to your country. Stay in her country so if she acts a fool, you will be back in the game within a week. An older gentleman will need a little leverage for a piece of mind. If she leaves, she leaves. Treat her like a companion, without falling in love. Like her enough to get over her quickly if she departs. That's what they do! 😊

3 easy ways to know if you should get serious with a certain gal. 1) ask your parents. Their perspective is very different than your. 2) ask your friends. Having a similar perspective as you, they might see red flags you overlooked. 3) And by far the most important! What does your dog think of her? Every single time I ignored what my dog thought, was a mistake. They can sniff out someone that is manipulating you (😉) Be aware that, at least here, her friends do not want her with you. Perhaps they want you for themselves, but more often they want you gone so their little group can stay together doing (I'll be polite here) their little 'girl's night out' activities. Good luck Men. Sam the hard truth that all expats should keep in mind is that the vast majority of young women will look for a partner close to her age for there to be a real romantic connection. Outside of this special value set it most likely will be a Transactional need. I say that because no matter how one slices it, if the woman is needy in all areas of her life then it makes sense that she would gravitate towards what we all need, security, safety, opportunity, happiness , and contentment in our lives, with some comfort. The younger man will not have the ability that the older man has gained through many years of sometimes hard work, sacrifice, and commitment to achieving life goals. Men should be ready to take off the rose colored glasses and take a hard look at at what they bring to the equation and not go down the road of thinking superficially. If the man is honest with himself and understands the dynamic of a large age relationship then there is nothing wrong with marrying a much younger woman.
